I've been researching my ancestors for more than 15 years and have made remarkable progress partly due to sites like Find A Grave and the people that so generously offer their time to help complete strangers. From my own experience I know it can sometimes take a lot of time to find the stones, especially the old ones and taking a good picture can be quite a challenge. So for those that dedicate their time to taking photos I greatly appreciate their effort. I enjoy hearing back from the people requesting photos. It makes it seem all the more worthwhile when I know I have helped them with a little piece of their puzzle.|
Most of the memorials I have created are not my ancestors so I'm more than happy to transfer memorial ownership if you have a connection. I try to add as much information as I can regarding their dates and places of birth and death but I do make mistakes. I'll gladly make corrections or add additional information so long as you have documentation to verify your request.
Anyone may use my photos for their own personal family genealogy. I would also be happy to email high resolution photos if they are your descendants. Photo credit would be appreciated.
I would also like to thank my wife for the many hours she has spent helping me find gravestones and doing research.
Our descendants include some of the following:
Andrews, Coleman, Dickerman, DeFlorio, Buchanan, O'Neil, Dodge, Medland, Herwig, Ringquist, Weckesser, Boyce, Adams, Minor (Miner) and Farr.

I was just doing some research...way overdue...and saw our communication on here. I just wanted to let you know that I keep Roberta in my thoughts and prayers on a regular basis.
She was such a dear friend and I feel that by keeping her in my thoughts and prayers she will never be sad and lonely again.
I hope you and your family are doing well and if you ever have a minute please feel free to write.
Hugs to you and yours.

I was going through Mountain View cemetery in Braintree, VT since I took pictures of it to make sure every grave is photographed and noticed you added two memorials for Marguerite. They are #154887225 and #15488726- I do this all the time accidentally when adding memorials when I have bad wifi which causes me to hit the save button twice and adds a duplicate- lol. You do have a picture uploaded to memorial #15488726 for her so I linked her parents to that memorial for you! (I just made their memorials since they didn't have their own yet) I just thought you'd want to know you created two for Marguerite, accidentally!
Have a great day!

Thank you for the great photos and your time and efforts.
|Ronald St Laurent||Thank you for all of your wonderful assistance|
Thank you SO very much for taking the time to go locate and photograph my grandfather sister headstone! I am truly so grateful
|Stacey Herman||RE: Talcott and Wolcott Allyn|
I looked at memorial #163098150 and realized it was a duplicate. I found the correct memorial, which has the last name spelled Allin. I sent an edit to have that changed to Allyn, as it is in the photo. To make it easier for you I will send you edits to link Talcott and Wolcott to their parents. I saw that their sister Mary is also buried at Randolph Center Cemetery. In Samuels will he made extensive provisions for Talcott and Mary. He seemed to feel that their chances of marriage, while not out of the question, were pretty non existent.

Forgot to tell you, thanks for the great photos of the Allyns! Stacey
|Kevin Thomas West||RE: William Patterson|
I've added Experience (who I thought was at another cemetery), William R. Patterson, and then I have a question about Henry A. Patterson. There are two Henry A. Patterson's. One died as a one year old, and then they had another Henry A. who died in 1906 as a seventy something year old. I've added both and will delete the incorrect one when you post photos. I've put in photo requests to make it easier. Well, I think it's easier. :-)
|Kevin Thomas West||RE: William Patterson|
that's very kind of you bill. i shoot as well, so i understand.
i like to make them beautiful. anyway, lemme look to see if they need memorials. the patterson's are my family, so i should probably be the one to do it. :-)
|Kevin Thomas West||William Patterson|
wow wow wow. thank you for that beautiful photo of the Patterson's spire. I'll pay it forward.
