RE: Benjamin Franklin Kemp
The information that I entered was from a book published in 1985 'Cemetery Inscriptions of Claiborne Parish Vol II' I am in Arizona and got the book to find some of my relatives. I am entering any names from the book that are not already listed on Find a Grave. It looks like Almond is Grandmother Kemp's maiden name and there is a note that says 'no dates' His names is not in the book. She is between Georgia HOUGH Geren and Marian Robertson. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Too bad none of the markers are left, but glad you were able to see the area. Thanks for the update!

Jemima Colvin's photos
Dear Donald,
This site is so amazing in its ability to connect family members with volunteers working to help us locate family members who have passed away.
I thank you for your help with Jemima Colvin. The work you do is helping me compile research for my family.

Donald, I think you could get permission easily. A few years ago I was looking for Douglas Cem there & just stopped at a business. They directed me to a man's house who supposedly knew "everyone who was buried in Summerfield"!
Abraham is grandfather to Frances Etta Barber. She married John Thomas McBride, my gr-granduncle. I got the cemetery listings from a book "Cem Inscriptions of Claiborne Parish". If I were you, I'd go give it a try!
I'm going to transfer all of these to you since Abraham & his family are not really kin to me & you can do a lot more with them. Good luck!
