Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a native of Longmont, CO. I'm been interested in genealogy for almost 50 years but I did take time off to raise a family. Research is much easier now then it was 30 years ago. The Denver Library and Federal Archives are not far away and that has been a help.

When I started taking photos my husband didn't come but after a visit to a cemetery that was on a one lane road on the side of a mountain he was hooked. The markers were very old and very interesting, so now he willing walks around a cemetery with me as we locate the markers that were requested. He trims the grass and pulls the weeds around the markers to be sure I get a good photo. We also stop and visit relatives and friends and look at interesting markers. The two remarks on markers I have really liked are "This is the only stone she left unturned." and "I told you I was sick."

You have my permission to use headstone photos that I have posted for your genealogy record.

Thank you for all of your help. I sent a request for Douglas Poffenroth #155809661. It looks like both brothers are on the headstone together. His brother is Dennis Poffenroth #61014821. In looking at the photo that was added for Douglas his birth and death information have not been updated the headstone only shows information for Dennis. Is this a current photo? Do you think that his headstone will not ever have that information updated? Thanks for everything that you do. I appreciate it.

Photo for Mary A Barger
Thank you so much for your recent photo for George W and Mary A Barger (my great grandparents).
We also found that Laurel Eden (their son) is buried there also w/o a marker. Appreciate your time to confirm the marker for GW & Mary Ann Bell Barger.

RE: Glenna Jean Trevarton Cerny
Apparently, there were 2 memorials for Glenna Cerny, and Find A Grave recently merged them and copied my photo from 1 to the other. You should add yours.

I posted her photo almost 3 years ago. There is no reason for me to delete it.

Thank you so much for transferring my great-grandparents to me. I really appreciate you creating memorials for them and most especially for visiting their gravesite in the cold of winter to add that wonderful photo of their marker. You're the greatest! Regards, Valerie
