RE: Almira Docett and family
Greetings fellow researcher. Almira J (Docett) Paddock is my maternal third great uncle's mother.
Lansing Wilcox Paddock is my maternal third great uncle. Here's the path.
self-Marjorie Ann McLean-James Forrest McLean-Jared Sylvester McLean-Thomas Ashton McLean Jr AND his sister Mary Elizabeth (McLean)Paddock wife of
Lansing Wilcox Paddock.
This is a part of my tree that pretty much stops after Thomas Ashton McLean Sr and his siblings. The little I know about my maternal third great aunt's branch of our tree I have gleaned from public records and others in the family working on the tree.
Have you tried Geni?

RE: Salina Demoray Memorial# 19772293
Hi Gayle
In may last message to you I said that my Mary Steffes married George Demoray Jr. I was incorrect that statement. It was My other Grand Aunt Mary Przybilski Demoray, Born May 1875 in Germany (Pronounced shebilski) that married George Demoray Jr Born Abt 1862 in Michigan and died sometime Before 1900 because Mary showed as a widow on the 1900 Census living with her husbands Parents George Sr and Henrietta Demoray, along with her and George Jr's three young children Julia Henrietta age 6 born 1893, Edward A. age 3, born 1895, and George Paul Demaray age 2, born in 1897.
It would very exciting if we are related and we could exchange information. I would have more information on Mary's side and maybe you would have more information on the Demoray side.
To answer your question, I show George being married only once and died at age 29 or so before 1900. Hope this all still sounds familiar.
You have my email address and maybe we can exchange information that way.
Regards John

RE: Salina Demoray Memorial# 19772293
Hi Gayle
Yes, I am related to the Demoray Family. My Grand Aunt Mary Steffes married George Demoray Jr who is the one of the Son,s of George Sr and Henrietta Hart Demoray,(by the way I didn't know Henrietta's Maiden name until you mentioned it on Salina's Find a Grave Picture), So Salina would have been a sister of George Jr and a "Sister in Law" of my Grand Aunt. Salina missed all the census records because of her birth and death dates so she wasn't on my family tree as a child until I saw your note on the headstone picture and then tings started to make sense that there was another child.
This could solve a lot of unanswered question I have on this family line.
If you could get your cousin's email to me or here is mine just in case I would like to learn more and solve some of my mystery questions.
Thank You very Much for responding to my Message Regards John Steffes

Salina Demoray Memorial# 19772293
Hi Gayle
I was looking at the Memorials for the Demoray's and came across where you left a message that Salina possibly was a Daughter of George P.Demoray and Henrietta Hart Demoray.
George Demoray is a distant relative of mine and I was wondering how you arrived at your Conclusion that she was their Daughter. I seemd to loose George and Henrietta after the 1900 Census and possibly do you know who their other children were and where they might be buried?
If you can help I would be glad to hear from you.
Regards John

Thank you so much for the kind words, Gayle. These happen to be my family ancestors too! From them, our lineage came down through their connections in Boston~~~~ For the time being, I would like to hold on to them as I still have more research to add to their biographies. :)

RE: Alfred Ivory
hi Gayle,
If you have info that you'd like to have added to any memorial page, go to the memorial page and click on the edit tab in the top right of the memorial. Then click the first line of the page that opens up and type in the info that you'd like to appear. It will be sent to me and I'll type it in. hope this helps
