I've been doing genealogy research for people since 1996. I am county coordinator for the MTGenWeb for Butte-Silver Bow County, Anaconda-Deer Lodge County, and Powell County, Montana. I am also a volunteer at the Butte-Silver Bow Archives.|
I take photos of gravesites I come across while doing Findagrave requests, and I especially like to take photos of the older headstones and markers to create a record of their existence. Many are getting so old they are not very readable. If anyone finds errors with the information I enter, I will be happy to make corrections. I will also be happy to transfer management to relatives of any of those for whom I have created memorials.
However, please do not copy my photos without first obtaining my written permission to do so. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: Photos posted to memorials on Find-a-Grave are copyrighted by the member who submitted the photos. Copying the photo to use elsewhere or on other Findagrave memorials (if more than one name is on the headstone) would be a violation of copyright. You must obtain written permission (emails are generally accepted) from the member to use any photo for your own use. In general if you did not take the photo yourself, you do not hold the copyright to the photo.
For anyone needing more information on their relative(s) who are buried in the Butte, I will be happy to do a search.
Requests can be emailed to me at the email address shown below.

|jabs||RE: Ann Jane Staples|
Hi Suzanne, I sent an edit to the creator of Ann's memorial and asked her to move it to Holy Cross. Thanks for the information. I thought it kinda strange they were not in same cemetery. Judy

Thank you for the pictures. I was just going through find a grave, looking at cousins and great aunts/uncles. These are distant cousins of mine and I thought it would be nice if their memorials had pictures! And now I know that they are in unmarked graves. Thank you for the research you did at their cemeteries! It is volunteers like you that are so helpful when I live so far away! Thanks again! April :)

Thank you for pointing out my mistake. I've deleted M L Roberts and have requested via the "edit" tab that he be linked to his parents.

Thank you so much for the extremely well-done photos of the Favero gravesite. I am thrilled to have the close up of the couple as well. And you did it all so quickly! I am sincerely grateful. Their grandson will be delighted to see these.

|J.Sullivan||RE: Correction on Frank Donovan's death date|
There are two Frank Donovans with different birthdates, death dates, and spouses. The other Frank has a middle name. The one I am looking for had no middle name. Also his stone is a military marker.
It would be odd if the one who died in 1950 is buried beside Louise. Wonder if someone at the cemetery mixed them up.
Thanks for looking at it. If you can find correct plot info, adding that to all the Donovan memorials would be very nice.
