I cannot verify burials for Joseph L.(#124301187) or Sarah J Lowe (#124301201) in Battle Ground Cemetery (Indiana, Tippecanoe); BUT, there are memorials for these people in New Hope Cemetery, Meeker, Lincoln, Oklahoma (#98920177)(#98920189) which are supported by records on Ancestry.
I have been working with Battle Ground Cemetery records for a couple of years and would really appreciate documentation/verification of your memorials if they are not the people in the Oklahoma cemetery. If the Oklahoma memorials are the same people, please delete your Battle Ground memorials.

Sorry, Jason, according to info from one of our Sherman Co Historical Society members who has access to the most info, her maiden name was Derby. Good luck in your search!

You could try to call the church. A lot of churches have records of the people buried in their cemeteries. The phone number is 864-244-9200. Maybe they could help. Thanks a lot and have a great evening. Let me know if I can help you out in any way.

Hi. When I went to Saint Matthew church, I photographed the entire cemetery. I know he is buried there but I do not believe he has a headstone there. There was one stone almost completely buried in the dirt. So, unless it has gotten buried over time, I do not think he has a marker. Sorry I could not help more. Have a great evening!
