|Fred Pracht||Peter Harder|
In the obituary of Peter Harder is listed a son Charles Bert Harder. Peter Harder was my great-great-great grandfather and my father Wayne Pracht indicated to me that Charles J. Harder buried in Elk cemetery was Peter Harder's son. Charles daughter Nettie was the wife of Frederick O Pracht, who is my grandfather. I'm curious as where the obituary of Peter Harder was found which indicated his children. This would be very helpful to me and then I would follow up to possibly edit this on find a grave.
|dergenie||Another sister for Robert Henry Swinley|
I have another sibling for Robert Henry Swinley- I have her birth record from the UK. Her name is Mary Jane Swinley/Swindley and she was first married to Edmund Ellwood in England in 1880. (county of Cheshire) and secondly to James Henry Daniels, in 1906 in Paterson, NJ. Robert Henry Swinley accompanied his sister to America (NYC) in 1901. She moved to Oneida County, NY in the first decade of the 1900s. For further info, do check the Ellwood Family Tree authored by Jocelynn Bailey. Mary Jane was born 28 April 1862, the daughter of Henry Swindley and Frances Nield.

|Jocelynn Bailey||Robert Henry Swinley|
Hi there! I noticed the detailed bio on Robert Henry, and I wanted to ask if you had any more information on his parents, and how the half-siblings and full siblings figure. Specifically Larry Swinley/Swindley, of whom I can't find any information at all. I was wondering if it were a typo or if he had a full name besides Lawrence that might yield better results on searches in Family Search and Ancestry. Also, he had a sister, Mary Jane Swindley/Swinley Ellwood whom he escorted to America, and then she remarried (was a widow) James Daniels. I was wondering if you had any info on that too.

FYI - I am deleting the memorials I created for this family although your copies are the ones that are considered to be duplicates as they were created after mine. I am not related and have no emotional attachment to them.
I would appreciate it if in the future you would check to see that any memorials that you wish to add do not already exist first. Asking for a transfer is appropriate. Duplicates are frowned upon on FindAGrave.

Please use the transfer form so that I may transfer the 2 memorials to you.
|Rick Parrish||Grave of Richard Parrish 1769-1865|
Just a note to confirm that the grave of Richard Parrish is in the Sturm Teverbaugh Cemetery in Farmington WV. He along with several of his children are buried there. That cemetery was recently added to findagrave.com I thought you might want to update your list.
|SLGMSD||Herbert and Nancy Dick - USMA Post Cemetery|
I have updated the memorials per the information you sent.
FYI - the edit system was developed to make edits for dates of birth and death; places of birth and death easier for contributors. I suggest that you consider using the system rather than sending edits in a word format. Many contributors will ignore your edits if you do not submit them using the edit function. This type of communication is also low on my priority list. Be advised that by submitting edits in this manner you are to give contributors 30 days to respond and if no response from the contributor after 30 days, then forward the information to Edit at FindAGrave.
I was unable to find the places of burial of Tom's parents, but suspect it is the same cemetery where two of their children are interred. It also appears that Tom and Nancy's son, Allan, may be interred in the same cemetery. I found an article about his funeral service in the 1952 Pittsburgh Press, but the name of the cemetery was not mentioned.
For Nancy I have linked her parents and submitted edits to link the parents to her three siblings who predeceased her.
Here are the transfer rules/guidelines per FindAGrave which I do follow:

|Lori ||John Van duyne|
I was looking for your John Van Duyne today in Montville Nj and wanted to let you know what I found. There was a John R. Van duyne with dates that were slightly off from what you stated. This one died 5 Ag 1874, aged 70 years. Is this your guy? If so, I will gladly post the photo for you. I also photographed stones for Johm M and Louisa Van Duyne both born about 1852, and buried next to one another. Please advise.

They are both there, but there is no inscription for Frances. Please click on the photos to enlarge them and reveal captions.
|Rick Parrish||Richard Parrish 1769-1865|
I wasn't sure if I reached out to you before. But, Richard Parrish is not buried in the Parrish Cemetery on Parrish Run Road. He is buried in another cemetery off of Parrish Run. I don't have an official name of that cemetery. Maybe you can help me on that one. It is called either the McElfresh Teverbaugh Cemetery or the Sturm Cemetery. I have even heard it called the Sturm Parrish Cemetery. It is not even a half mile from the Parrish Cemetery. I will be cleaning that cemetery in April. It is a mess. Please feel free to share with me your thoughts and information.
Thanks, Rick Parrish email@example.com
