Bio and Links
Bio Photo A link in the chain has been broken;
Your loved one has gone to rest.
But through your tear dimmed eyes you see,
That a loving God knows best.
And you must go on without her, and though your loss is great,
She will be there to meet you
At Heaven's Golden Gate.

By Marvel Bennett, written for my mother, Lois Goodman Skinner
=============================
A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says,
"Grieve not for me.
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song,
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine thru.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about falls
I miss you dearly, so keep up your chin.
Until the day comes we're together again.

Robert Alexander McCracken
Thank you for bringing it to my attention about Robert being killed in WWII and not in Penn. I had corrected it in my family tree but forgot to update his memorial page. He was distant cousin of mine.

Archibald R McBrier
I received an email message re:Archibald R McBrier from you. I am confused! The info you are sharing is about his grandson (also named Archibald). If you could send me another email to clear this for me, I would appreciate it. ddimmock@gmail.com

RE: Robert King
Only by marriage. As I said on John King's edit, John's wife, Irene Davis King, was a sister to Harold F. Davis. Harold was married to my grandmother's sister, Irene Porter.

RE: Benjamin Manwaring
I removed the newspaper Obituary scan from his memorial. Thank you. Wish there was a spot to send info for Bio Section to contributors for their review without cluttering up the memorials with copies of the original documents/articles.

Ben Manwaring
I'll type up Ben's Obituary and paste it in the caption area and send a copy for you to paste on his memorial "Bio Section"; after you get a chance to review the text to check for any typing errors that I may have made. I just haven't had time to type his Obituary up yet. Sorry that I made his memorial look so messy.
