Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in southwestern Minnesota and now live in the Twin Cities.

My wife introduced me to genealogy in 1998. Since then I've discovered a little Scottish in my otherwise Norwegian and German ancestry.

The cemeteries of Rock County, Minnesota (Maplewood, St. Catherine's Catholic and Memory Gardens also known as Restlawn Memorial Gardens, and Luverne Memorial Gardens) are of particular interest to me.

My goal is to keep families connected to their ancestors through Find A Grave. I will gladly transfer memorials to family members.

Please submit any additions or corrections to me under "EDIT" and "SUGGEST A CORRECTION" on the memorial site.

RE: Mort Rowland Memorial # 27492861
Hi Greg , 2 of my sources were Wisconsin Birth Index, 1820 - 1907 & Minnesota Death Index . Actually he is one of my grandmother's brothers so I have been researching the Rowland ancestors quite thoroughly .Rose

RE: Baby Abbott
Thanks, Greg. Feel free to delete my original message. John Keenan Abbott was Frank Abbott's father and the baby's grandfather. I submitted corrections to all concerned and appreciate your reply and assistance. Gary

Baby Abbott
I requested you remove John K Abbott as the father of Baby Abbott. The headstone photo you posted clearly shows Frank as the baby's father. Very careless.

Gregory, Thank You so very much for all the Brooks edits. These folk belong to my Great Grandmother's brother Samuel, both out of Magnolia. Samuel was also my Great Grandfather's best friend. I'm in contact with a few descendants of Samuel Brooks. They will also be thrilled.
Always, Bud Pickett
