My paternal family moved to Washington State in the late 19th century from Ohio, Iowa, and Pennsylvania, while my maternal family came from Iowa and North Dakota (originally from Ireland) and Minnesota (from Germany).|
I enjoy searching in these states for my relatives and their relatives and friends.
In real life I have been a librarian for over 35 years and a politician for over 20, currently a port commissioner, and formerly a state legislator, a city councilman, and mayor.
Moak, Good, Mielke, Stender, and Redmond are some of the lines I follow.

Thank you so much for taking the time to pass on this article about Edward's death. What a find! It is posted. I'm going to research his family in Genesee County, Michigan now, and see if I can connect him with his folks.

How do you know her maiden name is not Newell? That is what the cemetery shows. James

thanks very much for adding a photo of Howard S. Trembly's grave marker to his memorial page and placing an edit with the marker transcription. This corresponds with his WW I draft registration card although he obviously "made" himself a year older.
Did you find any trace about his wife, Amy Letitia Marr Williver, being interred here?
Kind regards from Southwest Germany
