I have been a member of Find A Grave for over 22 years. My husband has joined me and now we can cover cemeteries much faster. We are searching:
--Williams/Worthington, mostly in NC and VA
--Sheets/Miller/Watkins - mostly in WV and OH
--Dill/Ruark/Evett, mostly in TX, OK, TN
--Rispoli - All over the world - emigrated from Italy and set up in Ohio
When I started adding Rispolis, there were only about 350, now there are over 600.
Note: I ALWAYS take pics of funeral markers because they fade so quickly and sometimes a stone is not placed - if it's less than 2 years old, I always upload it as Other ; so that the memorial will show on lists as needing a headstone pic. Once a stone is placed, I will gladly delete the funeral marker pic. I took a pic of one from a 1970 burial this weekend and it was still legible (and sadly a stone was never placed). They don't use metal anymore and these new plastic or foil ones only last a year or so. Document when you can.
