Ida and WC Marks
Hi Edd. When I was getting the photos for Ida and William there was a Roy Marks stone next to them. Its labeled as Ron on Find A Grave so I have submitted a correction. I went ahead and submitted his photo. Also next to Roy was a Martha Anna Keller. Not sure if there is any connection or not.

RE: McAtee bible
I just spoke with Mrs. McAtee, and her husband John will be calling Wanda today. I hope they connect. Can't wait to hear how this turns out! Pam

I called them, but no answer. I left a message with Wanda's name and phone number again. I hope Wanda hears from them. Keep me posted please! Thank you, Pam

Dance Family Cemetery
Sorry that's not the one. That one I haven't a clue where it is or if it is even on Jack's Branch. I think I know and it is already on Find A Grave but I need to ask to be sure I'm right. Will get back to you.

Dance Family Cemetery
Yes, I do know where it is. It is already on Find A Grave. There are only 4 tombstones still there. Here's the link.

RE: Sarah Droddy
My guess is (and its only a guess) that there were two Droddy cemeteries, one overlooking the community of Walton in which my Great, Great, Great Grand parents (Sarah) are buried, and another on Long Ridge across the road from the Bethel Church. Maybe in order to remove the duplication, the Droddy cemetery in Walton was renamed the Canterbury-Droddy since there are so many Canterburys buried there. The only other Canterbury cemetery that I see in Find A Grave is the C.E. Canterbury cemetery on McKown's creek with only 3 memorials listed, one of which should be in the Canterbury-Droddy.

RE: Sarah Droddy
I was in the Canterbury-Droddy cemetery yesterday in the community of Walton. The Google map on the Droddy Cemetery in find a grave is not correct. The Droddy Cemetery listed is on Long Ridge about 5 miles from Walton and its map needs to be corrected, but I assume whoever created the Droddy Cemetery would need to correct it. Search on Canterbury Droddy in find a grave in Roane county and it will show the entrance sign photo.
