You are welcome. There is a link to the Fortney family and I made some memorials for them.--Storres

Thank you for the information. I will stop looking for a link to the other Bensons in the county.--Storres
|Michael Bierman||John A Fritz|
I have come across the birth and death dates for a John A Fritz that matches the one in Fairview cemetery. The year of birth is 1936, but I know that this is probably 1836 since the death was in 1916. Would you double check the month of birth for I have it as August. I got this information from "Lycoming County Department of Veterans Affairs".
|Mimsey Tove||William Wilson and Ann Fountain|
Thank you so much for the photo and memorial of William Wilson and Ann Fountain. They are part of family that has been a murky brick wall for many decades in my family history.
I am puzzled that the birth date for Ann Fountain is 1803, as she is supposedly the mother of an Isabella Wilson Morrison who was born in 1799. Always a mystery!
I wish the grave stone was more legible, that's how it is with these old stones.
|Carolyn Ramsey||Robert Brown|
I noticed you added a Pennsylvania Veterans' Burial Card to the Find-a-Grave entry for Robert Brown in Jersey Shore Cemetery in Jersey Shore Pennsylvania. He was born in 1823 and died in 1892. I'm hoping you added it because you, too, are looking for information on him. On Find-a-Grave, his parents are listed as William and Nancy Brown, my great great grandparents. However Robert was born several (5) years before Nancy and William were married in 1828. Also there is a huge age discrepancy between Nancy and William. I'm wondering if Robert is William's son from a previous marriage. I'm really looking for a death certificate for Robert, to show the names of his parents. I'm also looking for the death certicate of Nancy Brown to find the names of her parents. No searches have been successful. That's why I'm hoping you have an interest in this family.
Let me know,

Thanks Beth for your picture . I can't tell if he was an Airborne during the WW2 ... if one day you find his obit or more info could you contact me ?
|J. Beare||Willard A Wilson|
Hi, In regard to Willard Wilson's headstone at Sunnyside Cemetery, Mill Hall, Clinton County
I wonder why the headstone has a death date of Dec. 15, 1909 when he died on Nov. 15, 1909 Is there any other explanation other than it's just a mistake? I uploaded the death certificate which corresponds to the date of the newspaper article. Thanks for all your diligent work!

|Buzz Piersol||RE: John F Zimmerman|
Beth thanks for following up! I have compared the two side by side and nearly everything lines up except the two cemeteries and one other thing (further below). I like your theory that maybe there is a marker for John next to his first wife. There is another slightly troubling aspect--according to the Veterans burial card, he served in the civil war only 16 days as a musician in Company H 14th Regiment. According to the narrative in google book (linked in my other message), he was in Company H, 177th Regiment from Nov 1862 for 9 months. I also have the Civil War draft registry 1863 with he and two of his brothers listed (see link below). So I am confused.
Lantzs Emmanuel Cemetery is a small and attached to a church. I think I could call and check it out.
