Family researcher addict.|
Love RVing and yorkies.
Thank you to all the fine FAG volunteers who have seen fit to transfer family memorials to me for my care. I do not delete memorials that are transferred to me, I attempt to enhance them so as to honor the ancestor.
Photos in many cases are those in my possession, please contact me before clicking and claiming, I mean, we might be related! Of course, many of the lovely headstone photos are the work of many volunteers here and you need to ask them to use their photos.
I have taken a number of photos in Baldwin County Alabama cemeteries which I have posted here. I grant permission to any family researcher, or any genealogical or historical society/group in Baldwin County Alabama the use any of the BALDWIN COUNTY ALABAMA photos . This waiving of copyright and use is only for BALDWIN COUNTY ALABAMA photos.
You can find a email addy on my blog Reflections From the Fence. Or message me here, I will get notifications, hope to hear from you soon.
Everyone, and I do MEAN EVERYONE, deserves a memorial. Recently I had to delete a memorial on the insistence of a family member. I cried, really, I cried.
I hope I never, ever, have to delete another memorial.

The birth date was figured backwards. Year of death from grave stone was 11/12/1819. He aged 4 years. That would then make it 11/27/1815.
My experience is that when they give "aged" it is followed by years, months, days, if there are any. Since they didn't show any, I believe there most likely were none. Best I could do. Hope that helps.

I didn't add Christy Franklin. I didn't know her relationship to Anna.If you have any information on Christy let me know. You can add her or I will. It was a beautiful day in KC.

|Michael Stanley Klimczak||Your bio|
Hi again. I read your bio and the last part caught my attention in regards to you removing a memorial at the insistence of a family member. You're not required to remove memorials at the request of anyone; the only exception is if it's a duplicate. Heck, someone else may make the memorial in the future. I find it interesting that the person actually came onto this site to even search for the memorial; did they even tell you their relationship to the departed? I strongly doubt the deceased would have agreed to have their memorial removed. Besides, upon death, there's no such thing as privacy. I always tell people, "if you want privacy, get buried in a private cemetery or mausoleum." Even then there's no guarantee a memorial will not be made in their honor. I find it rude, selfish, and just plain disrespectful for people to ask volunteers to remove memorials.
