I use to use chalk on old stones, and was unaware of any damage it may do. I no longer use chalk on stones. If anyone has a listing I placed a stone photo on in which I used chalk, and they want that photo removed, just let me know and I will remove it. As agreed by find a grave, the chalked photo's will be removed as new, readable photo's are placed on the listing.|
I just want to let everyone know, I do read all of the messages left on my page, and appreciate hearing that my efforts are not in vain. I am sorry though that I only answer the ones that are a question. I do appreciate all of your messages.
Thank You for your messages

|Annette Damron||Joyce Talbot|
Thank you so much Mr. Dunne. I'm still not seeing Joyce's name on the Grave stone or her parents name. Her parents names were George and Sue Talbot.

Thank you so very much for the photo of my husbands
great great grandmother. The gravestone says she was the wife of of Ebenizer Monroe. Do you know if he is also buried with her? I can read "our mother" below her name but unable to read the other two engravings.
I am just getting started working on his family and am so thankful when I find accurate info.

Hi Thomas. Thank you so much for your effort in getting me a photo of my great grandfather's grave. I will now see if I can get a death certificate to make sure this is his final resting place. Once I'm sure I will then attach a photo to the burial records. David was born in Scotland and emigrated to the USA in 1917. If you need any information for your research from the south of England I am only too happy to oblige.

Are you by chance related to Edmund Wells? I am trying to locate any journal/register he might have kept when be was the Magistrate at Cambridge, NY in 1785.
