Family history has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started taking pictures of headstones before we had the luxury of digital cameras---oh my, I am dating myself!! |
As I have explored and stomped cemeteries, now with my digital camera, I am working to refine some initial photos. While stomping for family headstones, I have taken pictures of names that have been seen in my genealogy database. In many cases, I have made contact with distant relatives and always enjoy hearing from them.
I am quite happy to share the headstone pictures I have taken. Please feel free to use them at your disgression, as they are there for all to follow the links of their roots. HOWEVER--other photos I have added may not be used or copied without specific approval by the owner...me!

Thanks for adding Wayne to this cemetery. I wasn't sure if just because his record showed that he was buried in Hope that it was that cemetery but that would make sense since other Hennings are there.
My Aunt Eve and Uncle Clyde did die in Colorado according to their SSDI records but I can't find them on Find-A-Grave or find an obituary saying where they are buried. I just ordered Eve's death certificate so I'll get that info then, add them and link Wayne to them.

Hello. You recently accepted changes I made to a few of my ancestors buried in Hope Town Cemetery in Lostant IL. And since I see your username listed with many of the memorials there I thought that you might be able to help me.
My Aunt Eva and Uncle Clyde had one child, Wayne Edward Henning, who was born and died on 6 October 1922 in Lostant. Since members of their families (Merrifields/Peters and Hennings) are buried in Hope Town Cemetery, I thought that Wayne might be buried there too but I don't find him listed on Find-A-Grave for this cemetery (or any other for that matter).
I was planning on writing to the cemetery for information about Wayne's burial but can't find a contact for them. Do you have access to the burial records there and could look this person up? Or do you have a contact at the cemetery I could get this information from? Any help would be appreciated.

The father's name is Cais Muzzarelli. They were married on Oct 31, 1994 but divorced after Ian Walter Muzzarelli was born. The child is handicapped and I think the father couldn't/wouldn't deal with it. So apparently she changed his last name to her maiden name and retook hers. Her mom and step dad had custody of him after she died then after the grandmother died I think the grandfather had him. I haven't seen them lately, tho.
