Ken
Caulder/Calder Family
Hello Rock Hunter,
First off, let me say THANK YOU! I have been hoping to find my father's family for a VERY long time. I just happened to come across one of your posts, one for John C. Calder I am 90% sure that this is my Great Grandfather. He was married to Anna Eliza or Adaline Driggers and Effie Ellen Paul McRae, as near as I can find thus far. My Grandmother was Ella Jane Caulder, married to George Washington Wilkerson. She is buried at McLucas' Cemetery as well. If you have any information on these people, I would GREATLY appreciate ANY help! Thank You for the work that you do!

I would like to pick up your photo request but Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) does not like to provide burial locations to volunteers, citing privacy issues. Your cooperation is needed in order for requests to be filled. The volunteers will need you to call SH and request the location. Their phone number is 214-363-5401. Once you have the location, please add it to your request. Thanks.

Below is the original (read prior) biopage for the above soldier/Southern Patriot.
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=12876813

Since you are a direct descendant, would you please merge/blend my extra info into your biopage, correct the burial details and then let me know you are done? I can then delete mine.
I've already added his grave marker photo.

Respectfully,
Dan Janzegers

Hi, "Rock". I was reviewing some memorials at St. Paul Cemetery and came across the memorial of Edward D. Wright, Find A Grave#93239414. You had researched a lot of facts on this Confederate soldier and created a fantastic biography. I wish I had your talent of making history come alive, and wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your work on findagrave.
Thanks, and keep up the great work!

There is a rock marker to the left of his mother's grave. It was buried. According to her obituary she died after a lengthy illness a few days after he was born. Hopefully this will help.

I've added the photo's you requested. I noticed Edmund's wife wasn't listed in this cemetery. But upon finding his grave she is right there with him. I made a Memorial for her, added photo's and linked them.

The tombstone at the Wright Cemetery appears to be the original. The death certificate says she is buried at Wright Cemetery.

I think the stone at McLucas is a cenograph, probably made at the same time as her parents' tombstones. I took the date of birth from the death certificate. I changed the date of birth to Nov. 15 since the tombstone says Nov. 15. Thanks

Looks like beautiful weather in SC. Let me know if I have any memorials of your family members, if they're not in mine I'll be happy to transfer.

Take care...Robin

Thank you VERY much for adding your wonderful photos and taking the time to send the sac's to me. Not every photographer does that (perhaps they don't notice a date difference) so I'm very appreciative to have the corrected info.

Thanks again...Robin

James Thomas Stanton
I found the death certificate for James Thomas Stanton who died in 1915. I have corrected my Findagrave.com and Ancestry.com listings for him. The James Thomas Stanton who died in 1915 married Janie Florence Wicker. The James Thomas Stanton who died in 1928 married Mamie Hubbard. Thanks for your help.

Notice that Llano Cemetery is in Randall County not Potter...it is right on the line... kinda in a weird place...but neither Alene's husband or child (after looking at Alene's memorial) both are named Paul and the Baby died the day he was born ...probably stillborn...don't know if they buried him with his mother...and she died during childbirth... sad story... but will keep digging...no pun intended..sorry....
