Amber: Thank you ever so much for the photo of my great uncle! I live far away from Pittsburgh and I cannot thank you enough as it has been many years since I was there. If it is not too much trouble, can you also add the photo to his wife's entry, entry number 118732601. Thank you so much again!

Thanks for the extra effort.
I know that getting into Calvarys mauseleums is not easy and you had to put an extra effort to get in. I am a shooter and have taken over 10 thousand pix of Calvary with almost 100 volunteers who enter them, but have not gained access to the mausoleum. Thanks again Bill

Lawrence Costello was the son of John Costello. He died in Vietnam in 1966. I got the burial info from the online site for Calvary Catholic Cemetery. If you dont see a stone for Lawrence, perhaps one was never requested. Any help would be very appriciated.

Thank you for the photos of Lois and Charles' grave markers in Calvary Cemetery. I'm sorry you did not find the markers for Margaret or Patty. This is a copy of the email I received from the Cemetery:
"In response to your email, I have the following gravesite information:
Calvary Cemetery, Section 20, Lot 548 Lot Owner: Nancy Cummins
Lois and Charles are both buried in grave #12. Also in this same grave are the cremains of Margaret Terensky who is the granddaughter of Nancy Cummins. There is a 24 x 12 pink granite marker at the foot of this grave in memory of Margaret Terensky.
There also is a 24 x 12 flush granite marker on the grave of Patty Winters Cummins.
I am attaching a map of the cemetery. If you visit during office hours which are: Monday thru Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.to 2 p.m., someone would be happy to help direct you to the gravesite. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions."
I noticed it appears you had to clear dirt off Lois and Charles' marker. Is it possible the other two markers could have been completely covered?
Thanks again for your efforts in trying to help me.

|Curt Castner||James & Helen Castner|
We appreciate your photographing our grandparents James and Helen. Really do thank you a lot, hopefully sometime I may make a trip there. Never did meet them, think my 2 older sisters did when they were real little. Wish I did, they never traveled, and at that time we lived in South Florida when they passed away. Thanks for the postings!!!!
