Douglas Cole Memorial
Many thanks for the photo. Airman Cole was killed in the crash of a KC-97 aerial re-fueling tanker near Savannah, GA. The crash was less than a mile from my school. I was in first grade at the time and remember seeing the smoke just after the crash. The crash occurred within a half mile of my parents' house and within a few hundred yards of the house of a good friend.

RE: Lloyd W Larrabee
Good morning Judy. The same day that I posted Lloyd Larrabee's grave stone to your memorial page, I saw that Juanita did not have a memorial page, so I created one for her and I posted her grave stone to the memorial page as well. I always look to see if there are relatives next to the requested one and I take pictures and post them as well. That's what happened with Juanita. Both of their grave stones are badly stained very dark in color. Juanita's grave stone reads : Sep. 11, 1898 - Apr. 11, 1993. The etching is not very deep. I tried to take the best picture that I could. Next time out to the cemetery I'll try to clean with water and try to retake the pictures. If you like, I can transfer management of Juanita's memorial page to you. Just let me know. Susan

I see that you reported that there already was a photo of the gravestoneon the memorial. I was using the mobile app, showing his wife the site, and it would only show his portrait. I am sorry to request a photo and have you spend your time on it.

duplicate and error
You created a duplicate for Christian M. Kauffman (#135528923) when one already existed (#134868154). You may want to delete it. Also on that duplicate, you made an error: listing Edward Kauffman as a child when he was a brother.

RE: Beenblossom memorials at North Hill
Thanks much for your efforts. I think it just a situation where no permanent grave marker was ever installed on the graves in question. This happens quite often over the country.

RE: Binney's
Yes, sorry. Their final resting place is one grave to the right of the headstone with the last name of Littleton (when looking at the headstone). I would have posted the picture but I took the photo of the wrong side of the Littleton headstone.

RE: Edwin & Rose Childs grave photo
Yes I am distantly related...our common ancestor is the Reverend Henry Dooley (1799-1856). I am descended from his daughter Frances (1828-1879) who married Alfred Wilcockson. On my profile page you will find one of my virtual cemeteries is a list of Henry Dooley's descendants if you are interested. If you can add to this list I would appreciate it. Nice to meet another cousin!

RE: Robert Wheeler
It just dawned on me that you lived near Crawfordsville, its been about 28 years ago since I've been in that part of Iowa. There was a gentleman I think his name was Gene Lentz that worked on ATV's. Anyway yes Robert Wheeler,
31 Mar 1985, his father and mother that is also buried there in the same cemetery. His mother Mildred died 09 Sep 1999 and the only thing I have on his father Wilbur Lee is Apr. 1983. If you find anything on them please email them to me a and if you can email them to me in a PDF format along with the name of the newspaper and date. Thanks Larry
