RE: Rupert graves
Thanks for your reply. I've requested that Summit Township Cemetery and Rupert Cemetery be merged.

Rupert graves
Hi - about a year ago you took some grave photos at "Rupert Cemetery" in Saline Co, KS

These same graves have memorials and photos of the same stones in "Summit Cemetery" which is about 7 miles south of Brookville on S. Sunnyside Rd.

Do you know if these two cemeteries are the same place?

~ Chris

Hi Carol, I posted a message with the request. You cannot read the information on the stone and I was hoping for a better picture and a close up of the names and dates. I don't know about the request you found with the other name. Sounds like the site had a glitch. The one I Made Was on A.Gertrude Novotny. thanks

Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the photo for me. I am sure it will be used a lot, as Mary Ellen's maiden name was DeWitt. She came from a large family. Thanks again!

RE: Dora Maxine Gile
Thanks so much! Harrison would have been my grandfather. My mom is Shirley (Dora's daughter). I have been interested in finding some pictures because we don't have much. Thanks again.

RE: Luella Hughes
I'm amazed at how many responses I have received on my photo request. I know there is a photo there already but the flowers obscure the bottom line where I was hoping her maiden name would be. You are not the first person to respond and someone else sent me a copy of her obituary and you are correct her maiden name was Smith. Thanks for the information that Bill is deceased. BTW I removed the photo request.

RE: Rupert graves
I figured out what was confusing me. It seems there are 2 memorials for Frederick Rupert. One has a photo and the other doesn't. I kept clicking on the one that doesn't. lol. The second one I'm looking for is a different Charles Rupert #48288255 buried in Marquette Cemetery. He is one of Frederick's sons.

Carol, would you have any information about Frederick, or any of the Rupert's that lived on your property, that you would be willing to send to me? I'd be really grateful, as I don't have much other than one 1880 census that I can find him on. If you'd prefer you can email me at Thanks again, ~Bonnie

I'm so glad you where able to find her stone. May I use the photo? Also, thanks for posting the inscription. I like to include that on her page that I'm making in our family history. You didn't happen photograph her husband, Frederick M. Rupert #97016505, did you? He should be near by. Was hoping I could get his too. Well thanks so much for your efforts.

RE: Sara Peterson
Thanks for all your hard work and research. I'll have to contact the person who created the memorial- he happens to be a distant cousin of my husbands in Sweden. He may have got the wrong info. Thanks again!

RE: Sara Peterson
The Sara Peterson I am looking for is the one married to Johan Magnus Petersson 1828-1902. That would be great if you can find the stone. Thanks so much for your work!

Yes this is the one I am looking for. What are the dates on the stone? The information on the findagrave memorial- do you think this is the same person? You can send me the photo to my email-
