Thanks for the obituary. I've added it to his memorial and updated some of the other information based on it.

Have a good evening.

I sent this to you first at your email address, but apparently that no longer works.

If you are looking for proof of burial, the information is have is on the was found on line in 2009. I do not have a copy of his death certificate. If you are on, there is a lot of information about him and his family there.

RE: Davidson Cemetery
I am sorry but I am not related to the Graham and Britton families.
I recently completed a new transcript and tombstone photo project for Davidson Cemetery and added some memorials as a result of my findings.

RE: Jernigan Family
Calvin Jernigan is my uncle. He is still living and still in Irving. I am afraid that I know very little about My Grandfather's family (Dewey Jernigan). I Calvin (Buddy is his nickname) would love to hear from you. If you need help getting in touch with him let me know! Thank you so much.

You're welcome. I'm glad you liked the picture, especially one taken in the middle of winter!

Helen Marine Harper Saddler
She is buried in the Price City Cemetery in Carbon County, Utah. Her eldest is a son named Donald, so possibly she's his mother. He would be my first cousin twice removed. Here is a link to Helen's memorial:

Hello there,
I noticed that you had left flowers for this lady back in 2014. Are you related? She's a distant cousin of mine.

Thanks for your response. I'm marking all of the Robert Young descendants I can find here on Find a Grave. I had some confusion regarding Robert's daughters, Thursey and Mahala Young Blevins, married brothers and stayed in Missouri so will have to go over them again.

Rosamond and her family are Washington pioneers as well. My Manning family lived in Garfield county but arrived about 5 years too late to be pioneers.

We were in Pomeroy this last June. I guess next time it might be fun to check out Rosalia.

Thanks Again!

Sorry, I meant to write Samuel Gage, not Jesse.

Robert Young Descendants
I've noticed your name on many memorials that I have been searching for my virtual cemetery. I also saw your surname when searching Ancestry for the Gage family.
I am the 4X great granddaughter of Robert Young (1791-1855), who migrated to Oregon with most of his children and many of his grandchildren in 1847.
I am a descendant of Robert's son Harvey, through Harvey's daughter Nancy Jane (Jennie) Young, who married Nero Younger. Two of Jennie's older sisters married brothers named Gage. Rosamond Young Gage and her husband Jesse went on to Washington state. This is the family I am working on now.
I got a bee in my bonnet to try and find all of Robert's descendants and label the ones on Find a Grave as well as create a virtual cemetery. Not sure why I feel so compelled but it has been interesting!
I am following the descendants of Henry Gage, son of Jesse and Rosamond. He and his wife Phila appear to have died leaving two young sons. From what I can see they were raised by Henry's brother Harvey. It appears that they called the boy Elias "Richard" in the later Oregon census.
Can you give me any more information on this family?
I am missing a date of death and burial information on Henry and burial place for Philanda. Also, there doesn't seem to be much about James. Anything would be helpful.

I looked at both memorials again.

I have decided it is safe to delete mine as there will not be any loss of information.

Added by DUVCW on Sep 25, 2016 6:28 PM

I'm not sure how we got this duplicate. I transfered one to you and I still own the other one (?)

I could transfer the other one to you and then you could combine the info and delete one ?

RE: Steven E. Newman
You're welcome for the photos. I did look for Charles Newman, but did not find him. He was suppose to be in the same section as Steven. I walked the section twice. On our next visit, I'll try again.

You have the name of the cemetery misspelled. It should be Mount Moriah. There are around 52000 listings for Mount Moriah.

Jan - I sent you the photos. I have already gone to the graveyard (to photograph four grave requests). I realized too late that I must upload at least one of them in order to "fulfill" the request, but when I returned to the list, Frank Wise was gone. You filed the request so I thought you were the person requesting - ? - ? Anyway, hope you enjoyed the photos. I tried to be thorough. - Cynthia

Not a problem. The number I gave you can help. They will be happy to dig further.

Donald McClintock
I was at Greenlawn today. They have no record of Donald being buried in this cemetery. The office number is 417-833-1111 They are very kind and can check possible name/ spelling variations if you wish. I understand wanting to be sure and they are happy to help so don't hesitate to call.

Hello fellow Find A Grave contributor. I have fulfilled your request for this gentleman today. I must tell you I am not real comfortable doing so for several reasons. I have known this gentleman and his wife quite well for many years (over 50). I am a bit concerned that he is still living. I know Find A Grave frowns a bit on memorials made for people still living but seems someone else (not you nor me) added the memorial a long time ago. probably because there was a stone in place. So, what do we do? I questioned Find A Grave guidelines but it is sketchily allowable they seem to say. So I reluctantly placed the photos on the memorial. I hope nothing ill comes from it. To the best of my knowledge, this gentleman is still living in Springfield, Ohio. Do you know or..? Anyway the request is fulfilled.
