RE: Gusta
Thanks for your note. A few days after we visited, I received notice that someone else had taken the picture. So it is already on Find A Grave. You might check the site again (I will also)to make sure my request is gone. When I received notice of the picture, I thought perhaps it was connected to you even though the name wasn't the same. I really to appreciate your time and trouble, but I believe you can remove my request from your list.

RE: Gusta Jenkins
I sent you the cemetery site for Gusta and her husband as well as a note requesting that you take the picture. However, I got an e-mail bounced back to me, but I don't think it was the one I sent you. If you don't get the e-mail I sent, let me know and I'll try again.

RE: Augusta Humphrey
I have never heard of a cemetery requiring written permission to photograph a grave. How would they even know I was really a relative?

RE: William and Clara Howell

Yes I did, I sent them to you on October 30. I could not find an obituary for Clara, only a funeral notice.

I can resend them to you if you think the email was deleted accidentally or maybe it went into your spam file.....just let me know!

RE: Cleo Hawkins
I would appreciate you taking a photo of this grave marker for me.

I will contact the cemetery in the am to get the plot and lot. If I can
not get back with this information before you go. I understand.

There are other Hawkins buried there also.

Robert Bennett
Olen Ray Paschal
Some of this family thinks he is buried in an unmarked grave at Long Creek (this maybe because of the 2nd cousin Olen Rogers Paschall buried there) but his death certificate states he was buried at Hillcrest Cemetery (I changed burial site to Hillcrest until I can find more information). That cemetery will only give information to direct family members. Thank you for your time and effort.

Thanks for the great picture of Thomas Shipley and his wife Nettie Pearl. You do a great job for genealogists.

N S McCullar
Thank you for the additional information on Neubern Shelton McCullar. I have access to his obituary if you would like a copy. If so you will need to send me your regular email address as I cannot post it on Find A Grave. Just remind me that it is located in the 24 May 1918 Checotah Times newspaper on pg 4 col 3.

Your spelling of his first name was "Newborn" but the paper spelled it "Neubern". If "Neubern" is not correct please let me know and I'll correct it.

RE: Alta Duty
i am having a hard time finding Mr. Rainwater, today i hope to see the lady who oversee`s the cemetery. I knew where the Duty plot was, but not Rainwater. When i was in high school, Mr. Rainwater owned the DX filling station and his oldest son, Bobby, was in the grade ahead of me...Roy

I am the volunteer that claimed your request for photographs. I am posting them shortly, and I wanted to let you know that I will be going to the library near the end of this week or next week and will have their obituaries or funeral notices for you as well!

If I can help you further, please let me know.
