RE: Fisher gravesite
I'm sorry late getting back to you. The owner of the property, Mary KOONTZ, will probably let you visit the cemetery. Her phone number is (540) 438-1569. Good luck!

RE: Louella McClintock Shipley
Hi! Not related to Louella, though I have a lot of relatives at the Sigler cemetery - mainly the King family.

I work at Red Gold nearby, so sometimes on my lunch hour I walk the cemeteries.

RE: McClintock
Anything else? You gave me shivers! Why, you must look for Fort Hill, which was home to the McClintocks! The easiest way to see it from a distance, is to stop at Shepherd's Farm, on Rt. 281 S. of Kingwood, and look across the Casselman Gorge. It's a big flat hill, previous occupied by Native Americans. There was a "dig" there in the 1930's. They found some burial remnants of very large people. (not the McClintocks) Be very careful if you go over to Fort Hill - lots of rattlesnakes!
