I checked with the funeral home to confirm the ashes were given to family, and corrected burial info. Secondly, I would like to know what Find A Grave guideline you are referring to. I can't seem to find where unconfirmed information takes precedence over information provided by the family in the funeral home obit.

The reason I wouldn't link was the father's memorial is a "burial unknown". That designation is limited to "recent deaths" (i.e. death in the last week, per an admin) and must be updated within 30 days of death. All Find A Grave memorials are required to register the final disposition so the improper use of "burial unknown" is an illegitimate use of the site. As such, I will not link to one of those.

Would you please provide your source for the spelling of his middle name? As odd as the spelling is on the memorial, his draft card signature shows it is spelled ALWISHES.

Thank you for pointing out the duplicate memorial. I'm not sure how I missed seeing it, but I deleted mine and made the connection with the older memorial page.

Could you transfer Amy (94450729) to me?
She is a family member.

Yes, all of the information came from the death certificate. As in a lot of death certificates, the most trusted piece of information is normally the date of death. All other data (state of birth, age, etc.) is sometimes wrong. However, everything is still of some value.

My wife and I agree with you about the photo added to the memorial. In photographing head stones, we find many stones are running out of time to be photographed. Many stones are unreadable.
It is encouraging to receive a message of thanks
Some people think we are crazy, but we enjoy it. If we ever go back to Butler Cty. area, it will be spring or fall. Les

Thank-you so much for the additional information on Belva's biological parents. Can I ask you to do me a favor in regards to the information that you have sent ? You mentioned "incorporating" the information onto/into her bio.I don't have a clue as to how to make it so that someone can click on her Mothers memorial # & go straight to her memorial .If I transferred Belva to you could you do whatever it takes to add the additional info & then transfer her back to me,please ?
Thanx's for all your help,
~ Beth ~

I would like to manage Helmer's Memorial (# 149622376)if your sure you don't mind. Do you live near where they are buried? I wouldn't mind a photo if you do. If not I will be visiting my mother and possibly my cousin in a few weeks and possibly may be able to get one on my way back home. If I can find anything on Mamie I will get back to you. Probably won't be until Sept. though.
Again thanks for the info.
