|Pam Weitzel||Sykes Genealogy|
I am very happy to see the tombstones for the Sykes family. My husband is a decendent of Francis Sykes. I was wondering why not all the tombstones were photographed. Several were, but not all. Could you not find them or were they illegiable?

Thank you for sending me the info of duplicate graves. I made my memorial on Catherine Wohlgemuth Rickard several years before Wayne did his. When I come across his duplicates, I send a notice to him informing him of his duplicate. He simply ignores my messages. I have a virtual cemetery of Fort Plain Duplicates which have over one hundred forty duplicates, mostly by him. I guess I am going to send them to the edit department of Find A Grave and let them handle it.
I want to thank you for all your help, you are doing great here on Find A Grave.

If you look at the tombstone close you will see that he was born in 1834, not 1884. Would you please correct that in your memorial. Thank you.

Thanks so much for the photo of the Lander's family. Would you be able to find more at Union Mills? I really need a local person to help with my research. Or do you know someone that could help with photographing Union Mills?

Kathy, I think we have corrected the errors and Marty is going to transfer picture. However, I have transferred the memorial to you for safekeeping by her friend, as it should be! Thanks for getting this to us.

Real metal tinsel and popcorn garland on the Christmas tree! Those were the days, except those C7 Christmas lights that would all go out when one bulb burned out.

I wish there would be something I could do.
Please hold on to your memorials in a couple of months you might feel different and there is no rush in doing any corrections at the moment.
Thinking about you a lot Love Ingrid.

|wienerin||Henry Damon Eckler|
This is a long story:
I had Henry's gravestone photo for just about a year and could not find out who he was. Then Find A Grave member PAUL put in quite a few photo requests in Springfield, we had an issue with Edy Ann Krum Eckler.... anyway he mentioned to me to A. Ross Eckler and his 1970 book about the Eckler's so I went ahead and asked him about Henry buried next to Isaiah and he told me the rest.
If you read through the last couple of days of my messages you can see our communication.
Also a little more info I found on Ancestry.com if you have access to it look for the family tree Et Cetera - Eckler, Baber, etc owner is jensencje.
There is a great story about Henry Damon and Georgianna. It is under copyright, otherwise I would copy it for you. I did send the owner of the tree a message if I could use the story on Henry's memorial on Find A Grave. When I get a response I will let you know.
Also in that story it is mentioned that Henry Damon Eckler's grave is marked only by the stone "Henry" and it is on the left of his son Isaiah's headstone and that it had been verified by cemetery officials that this was the grave of Henry Damon Eckler.
I hope this explains a bit, it was a very exciting day for me now more so as I can give his memorial into family hands
Greeting from Richfield Springs Ingrid.

Have added the info for Edward Morton that you suggested. Thanks! Are his parents the James and Margaret buried at the Baptist Church Cemetery in Middlefield?
Is he a relative, would you like a transfer?
