I always check the cemetery before I put anyone in Findagrave to make sure it is not a duplicate. Yours did not come up.

Oness family
Hi Stacey, I see you left a flower on Willis Oness's page. Are you related to Willis? I'm descended from Willis's uncle, John Oness. I'd love to discuss genealogy with you. Please send me a message.

Hepker Family
My gr.gr.gr grandfather was Johann Heinrich Hepker. His son, John Henry Hepker was my gr.gr.grandfather and was married to Charity Byse. Although he was born in Ohio in 1846, he and Charity lived in Iowa and raised their family there. He was buried in Iowa in 1926. Another John Henry Hepker was born the same year in Ohio and is your gr.gr.gr.grandfather, I think. He was married to Margaret Stinger and died two years later (1928) than my ancestor. You can look at both headstones on this sight. It is confusing as there were many, many Hepker men with the names of John &/or Henry back in the 1800's.

Herron or Herren
I am looking for information and or pictures on the children of William Herron and Francis Ellen Sherman Herron. They moved to Porter Co., Ind. from Hocking Co., Ohio. They had 12 children in Ohio and Indiana. The youngest was my grandmother Grace Pearl Herron Blackburn. I dont have any pictures of her but I do have a couple of her husband William Harrison Blackburn. Grace died when my father was 2 1/2 years old. He had three sisters 2 older (Lenore and Mildred) and he had one sister younger named Helen. When Grace died the children went to some of her brothers and sisters to live. My dad was with Uncle Ralph and Uncle Willard mostly. William remarried and they had 11 children. I had never met Helen but we did spend a lot of time with Aunt Lenore and Aunt Mickeys families.
Aunt Mickey married Bus Ailes. I have information on all 12 of the children of William and Ellen. I would be happy to help you if I have something you might need. Thank you in
advance. Joanne

Ailes/Herren/Herron
Thanks for the work on Ailes. I am the grandson of Charles H. Herron (Mem#20207034), who had one son, my father, Carl, and two daughters, as you will see on the site. If I could find the father of Charles, which I cannot, I might discover that Elsie Mae Herren Ailes was the sister of Charles. Apparently, there is another sister, Emma Wittenburg of Valparaiso, IN, but I have been unable to find her, as well.

So, any input would be appreciated.

Messages to Jackie and Ralph
Hello,,

I noticed your message to Jackie and Ralph. Since they are ignoring people's requests to transfer relatives and ignore adding bio information and other simple requests, you can create a duplicate memorial. Yours will stand out since you have more information on it. If you sponsor it for only $2 it will be highlighted even more.

Memorial Managers like these 2 and a few others I have communicated with, have ignored yours and my requests, so I am creating my own memorial redundant and unnecessary as it is. But they have left me with no choice by ignoring my messages to add bio information and connect them to their parents.

Most of the people on here are cooperative and add the bio info and transfer memorials with no problem (which should be the case), but for unnecessarily controlling and uncooperative memorial managers, have to do what I gotta' do to have the memorial respectful and the way I want it for my own ancestors.

The administration on Findagrave is not helpful as well and it is unfortunate.

Just a suggestion to create your own memorial since you are being ignored.

Transfers
I am soooo sorry for the misunderstanding. If you don't mind, please resend the requests and I'll pass them along.

Thanks so much !!!

Transfers
If a relative is within the Find A Grave Guidelines: Siblings, Parents, Grandparents and great Grandparents (not including Aunts, Uncles, Cousins), they will be transferred.
Guidelines can be found on the FAQ's on the Find A Grave homepage.
Please remember, Find A Grave wrote the Guidelines, we didn't. When we locate a relative of ours that has been entered on Find A Grave and not within the Guidelines, we add that person into a Virtual Cemetery and ask the contributor that entered the memorial to add the information we send them, along with Links.

Transfers
I sent you a message, you must not have received it. I don't like to send a lot of messages on a profile page.
The reason I did not transfer is because of the Guidelines set by Find A Grave: "Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made."
You sent a long list, all on one page.

Yes, and altough I did not work on the Ailes today, possily Sunday. I have been working on something that has been setting in Myfamily.com for at least two years, so I knew I needed to do something.

RE: Chesterton Reglein's
Hello Stacy,
I may be able to help you. I have 3 Charles Regleins in my tree, b. 1853, & 1875 & 1915, and one Evelyn Reglein 1874, sister of Charles b. 1875, but I do not have any death dates for them. The 1875 Charles and 1874 Evelyn were siblings and their father was August Reglein. If you can provide me with birth and/or death dates, perhaps I can connect them for both of us. Apparently you have found the Regleins in the Greenwood Cemetery in Michigan City. There are also some buried in Beatty's Corners Cemetery in Laport Co., MI, which is very near Michigan City. My great grandmother was "Hattie" (Reglein) Ebert, consequently I have quite a number of Regleins in our tree.
You may contact me at Lrventure@sbcglobal.net
