I moved him to the correct cemetery only to find that you have already created his memorial. Can you copy the bio that is on mine and let me know when you are done and I will delete mine.
Thx, Mary

RE: Search for Fannie Greenleaf/Greenlee
Hi Daren how are you? Sorry I am just getting back with you on Find A Grave. I haven't been on this site in a while. I appreciate your efforts to locate my great great great grandmother's grave.

But like you said most of the graves are now just crumbled to read and I am sure her may be also since she died somewhere in the late 1800's, but hoping to find some clue.

On the census it said she was last listed in Hamilton, Harris County, Georgia I don't know if that would help but I have a family tree on Ancestry.com if you would like to look at the census that might give you some clues.

By the way did you so happen to see a grave for a Silas Greenleaf/Greenlee?

I forgot I was actually thinking about my other great great great grandmother Delphia Greenleaf and not the one I requested you to look for Fannie Greenlee/Greenleaf. Have you came across a Delphia Greenleaf.

Sincerely,

Valyncia

Pickard Cemetery
Sorry I misunderstood,I see you just added a picture of the old tombstone to her memorial. I think that's okay. Be careful walking around over there. I know there are some unmarked graves. I have been trying to find out who else was buried there.

RE: Pickard Cemetery
Emmie Blackmon Billings had everyone she could exhumed and moved to Park Hill. The only 3 left at Pickard are Mariah Pickard, the first Emeline Pickard Livingston which is unmarked and her twin sister Caroline Pickard West. They were all in wooden coffins and could not be moved. Please don't add any more to the Pickard Cemetery. Thanks so much for your interest.

Hi Daren how are you? Thanks so much for your time I truly appreciate you skill and time. Did you and find any other Greenlee's/Greenleaf in any of your other quest? As you mentioned in prior message maybe my great grandmothers stone may possibly be disintegrated through time. If you come across the surnames please let me know.

Sincerely,

Valyncia

Search for Fannie Greenleaf/Greenlee
Hi Daren, I appreciate the ancestry search. Was the
cemetery in Muscogee, Columbus, Georgia or Harris County, Georgia. I thought it was the on in Harris County, because that was were she was born. I found her death certificate and it said she was buried at Mt. Olive Cemetery and I looked this cemetery up on Google and there is one in Columbus,Georgia also.

Daren,

I have removed the photo from memorial 67289137. If you want me to add this photo to memorial 26848123, please let me know. There is already a photo there but mine is much clearer.

Thanks for catching my error.

Thanks,

Carl

Hi Daren.
Glad to be able to help. Also, their were two others buried there. Larry Paul West to the left of your pair and Vickie in the far right corner. Toni entered Larry and I just entered Vickie. If you like I will transfer Vickie's memorial over to you.
Happy Researching, Bud

RE: William Griffin Jr
There's a Pearl W. Griffin (15 Oct 1897 - 31 Jan 1958) buried in Memorial Park in Lancaster. I don't have a picture of this memorial. 90% of the memorials I create are from actual photographs (I usually take photos of all the graves in a cemetery). But Memorial Park is so large that I used the cemetery survey to make sure I got all of them added. I would suggest you make a photo request of the grave of this Pearl and add to the request a note asking if she's buried with her husband. Maybe he is but hasn't been added to the cemetery. I might be able to get by there myself, but someone else might get there quicker.

Are you from Ida Belk's line? That was my Nannie's cousin. Nannie knew most of her cousins. Worth Richardson was her last cousin living on Richardson side and Daisy McCoy Simpson on the McCoy side.

Roy Ross
Sorry, my computer has a mind of its own most of the time.
Roy was my grandpa. His name was not Royal. That is a transcription error. It actually says "Roy W" on the 1920 census. Roy Woodrow Ross was his name. Thanks for asking, and yes you can use them. Please Please do not put his name as Royal. I have asked others to change it, but they will not. You can use any of the Ross' photos I have posted.
