RE: Yvonne Chateliau Friedel buried Oakwood Cem
I didn't find the name in her obit, but when I read her husband's obit, which was quite a bit longer, it did put Chatelain as her birth name. I have changed it. Thanks

I looked at the interment record and discovered that the information that was on her memorial was actually for the person below her in the list. (I was working from a spreadsheet). I have changed the information to reflect what was in the record. Thanks for pointing that out to me.

RE: Sophronia B Haven Pierce
Hello Cousin Cheri,

If Sophronia was your 3x great grandmother, that makes us fifth cousins. Sophronia Haven Pierce is my 3x great aunt. Osborn Pierce had three wives. Are you descended from his second wife Sophronia?

RE: Charles Horn
HI Cheri,

Charles was my uncle. He married my Aunt Lillian. He always went by the name of Sonny. My aunt just died last June and is buried in the same cemetery.
I can transfer his grave over to you. Do you need information on his family. If so, I can provide it. I am posting some photos of my aunt but, I don't really have any photos of Sonny. He's been gone for a while now.
You can email at

Alfred and Martha (Wilson) Horn
I've just realized the memorials I recently placed for Alfred and Martha are duplicates. I always check for existing memorials first, so don't know how I missed them before. I will be deleting the duplicates, as soon as the photos, obits and links are transfered to the older memorials that you already manage. Sorry about that.

So sorry but I haven't been able to locate where they are buried.
Your Sylvanus Casselman seems to get mixed up with my Sylvanus Casselman a lot. Somewhere up the tree I would imagine they are both related.
Happy Hunting, Bob

RE: Re: Rufus Allen

Yes, I saw Maria Allen. Same stone as Rufus, same problem with reading. I'm glad you are able to see parts of the dates. If the cemetery office has any additional burial or death date information, this would be about the best we could ever obtain.

Maria A Allen Waggoner came through very well, as I'm certain you know. You can probably take down three of the images, as it looks like they are all pretty much the same.

Thanks again for your diligent work. The pieces are coming together nicely.
