Based on Census, marriage, and death records, he was most likely born in 1878 not 1867.

McDonald Line
I have extensive information on the McDonald line. Martha McDonald was my great-grand aunt. Her parents were Alexander McDonald and Catharine Elizabeth "Betsey" Taylor. Catharine's ancestry includes a Revolutionary War patriot (Nathan Taylor) and a Mayflower passenger (George Soule). These lineages have been accepted by the Daughters of the American Revolution and the General Society of Mayflower descendents.

I would be happy to provide information.

Jennie and Albert Hedges
You requested a photo of the niche for Jennie and Albert at the Washelli Columbarium

The area they are in is not accessible to the public. At this time their remains are placed in a public storage area and if you wish to know more about their placement please call the cemetery office; 206.362.5200

The photo is of the Columbarium so you can at least see where they are.

I am researching a Charles Eperson and have reason to believe his mother was a daughter of Clement and Martha McNair. She was married to Jackson Epperson and after their deaths, a child Cereta Eperson age 2 was living with Clement and Martha in 1880 and is listed as their granddaughter. Do you have any information on the Eppersons/Epersons? Thanks in advance

RE: Janet Miller!
Should I transfer him to you so you can "take care" of him properly?

RE: Janet Miller!
I also added her husband, William Miller, who was not listed as being at that cemetery.

Bessie Holmes
Hi Amy,
You probably have this information already but Bessie was married to Paul Holmes. Her parents were John Vann & Martha McDonald. Please let me know if you need some help in Whatcom county finding any additional information.

Thank you for the information, Amy. I made the change. I am always happy to receive messages like yours and to know that I helped connect the branches of a family tree.

I am sorry to hear about your grandfather's death. I am sure you will keep his memory alive.

Before my father's death in 1972, he made a recording on reel to reel tape. It has been re-recorded to a CD, so my sons have heard his voice and the family story as he remembered it.
