Hello I was wondering if you had any further records of the crouch family . My grandmother was Bonnie Mae Schaffer madin name crouch and she was born in Sioux City Iowa in 1933, she had 3 sisters . And her parents were Joseph Andrew crouch and I believe his wife's name was pearl grace . If I'm looking at this correctly cause my grand mom mentioned a aunt Effie and uncle Paul . So I was wondering since you have maintained this ansestery page if we may be distantly related and if so that means that Fiona Mae Reynolds is my great great grandmother . And I love to get some more information as I am making a family tree and have been trying to trace back my roots . Thanks a lot hope to hear from you

While I believe Edwin R Warde is buried in Cutbank Cemetery with his son Lewis ( whom you found) there is no record of Edwin. If you go to that cemetery again would you look for Edwin R Warde , date of death I believe is 1960?

Hey do you live in Glacier County, MT? Because one of my distant cousin's husband died in Glacier County, MT, and I was wondering if you lookup obituaries too?

Luther Porter
Hi Bob and Fran,

Thank you for all your hard work.

Luther Porter most likely had a son named Noah Porter (1826-1887). On 27 March 1849, in Ferrisburg, Vermont, Noah Porter married Gula (Julia) Alma Cram, daughter of Oren Cram and his Charlotte West Newell. Sometime in the 1850s, Noah moved with his wife Gula to Iowa where their son Luther Oren Porter born in 1856.
Noah and Gula had other children, too. Noah served in the Civil War. Sometime after the War, Noah and Gula separated. In 1868, Noah married Elizabeth Ayers in Schuyler County,

Hope this information can help people researching the PORTER family.

Georgia Nelms
Lorin Thompson photo
Bob and Fran, I am a descendant of Lorin Thompson and wife Caroline Milburn. I am trying to get a better copy of the photo you put on this site. The photo is great for viewing on a computer, but in order to print it, it needs to be higher quality--more pixels, I guess. Is there a way for us to get in touch with whomever actually owns the original photo?

Thanks for posting.....I appreciate it! Georgia

Caroline Thompson
I noticed you added a photo for the Lorin and Caroline Thompson family. Caroline was a Milburn and I am descended from her brother. Would love to correspond with you.
Thank you

Audrey Mae Schwenke Vogel
Thank you very much for finding & adding the gravestone photo of Audrey Mae Schwenke Vogel. I have just requested a photo of her husband George Leonard Motarie - Find A Grave Memorial # 121855211. If you would like to take that request & add the same photo that you took of Audrey, that would be great.
