|Judi B||Mary E. Crandall photo you added|
I found you entered a photo (actually 2 of the same photo) to the memorial of Mary A. Crandall http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=82977787 and that stone (and photo) actually belong on the memorial for Mary E. (Prosser) Crandall located at the same cemetery. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=32749342. Thanks for your consideration in deleting the 2 accidentally added to the wrong Mary Crandall. -Judi

I have a picture of her stone on file that I can post and save you a trip to Elm Grove. I have photographed and indexed almost half of the cemetery starting with the older sections. I am working with the cemetery association to update thei records of stones and locations.

Dear Mr. Cotter,
Thank you so much for photographing the graves of Oliver Ames and Samuel Ames. Oliver was the brother of my great grandfather, Capt. Benjamin Ames who was also a branch pilot in the New Orleans and lower Ms. River area. I have been working on my family tree for two years and this information is wonderful. I suspect that Samuel Ames was the father of both Oliver and Benjamin but have yet to prove this. If you should have any sources in that area to help me confirm this relationship, I would be most appreciative.
Again, Thank YOU!!

|Wendy D||RE: Edward Cotter|
He is in Newton Cemetery. Not having a headstone isn't unusual. Some times the stones were too much of a financial burden and sometimes weather and/or vandalism destroys them. The cemetery book says "no stone" though.

Edward Cotter has no marker stone. I added him to Findagrave. Look it over and see if what I added is correct. Thanks.

I would be most appreciative if you want to send me the pictures of both Gardners to sistersonya _at_yahoo.com. I haven't paid as much attention to that suranme as the Tingleys. Both families were prolific and go back to the 1600's.
