|A watson||Mayberry family info request|
Orin and Lucinda Mayberry are my husband's great x 4 grandparents. I noticed in your memorial you noted how strong Lucinda was; could you share the story you have on that and any information about either of them?

Thanks for the Merrill LDS links but I don't have access to this site. If you send me their info I'll post it on their memorial unless you would like to take over these memorials.

|Allison (Ferris) Pierce||Lula Putman|
Hi ~ the other member's memorials have the wrong spelling for the Putman memorials you created; that is why you missed them, I think. If there is even one letter difference in the spelling, the name won't show up in a search. I've submitted edits for the member to correct the memorials from "Putnam" to the correct spelling of "Putman". So it wasn't your fault at all! Best regards.

|Diane & John||RE: Re: my husband, John|
I have added you two to my prayer list. I do believe prayer is a powerful thing and our family's support has power, too. I just got back from spending 2 weeks in Switzerland & Italy with my family and had a most wonderful time with them - their love, support & willingness to include me, no matter my mood! is tremendous. I still have tears for John & always will. "Day by Day" is my mainstay, as well as it is for you.
Take good care of Joel & treasure the time you have left & I know you are.

|Diane & John||Re: my husband, John|
Thanks, Judy for your words of condolence. And I'm so sorry about your husband. We just never know what life is going to throw at us. John had a blood clot and was feeling fine when it all of a sudden hit him. He was gone in less than an hour. It just doesn't matter how death occurs, it is very, very difficult.

Hi Judy! Thanks so much for letting me know you understood what I was trying to say! Sometimes I don't convey things the way they should be.
Have a great day.

I am trying to link my husbands' Great Grandmother Lucinda Mabrey/Maberry (3 Sept 1868 Illinois-18 May 1939 DeKoven, KY) to her Illinois family. She married Elmer Ferdinand Kirchner around 1888. Her father's name was Thomas Mabery (various spellings) of Mt Vernon, Illinois according to her death certificate. I have not been able to find a Thomas Maberry with a daughter Lucinda in Jefferson county Illinois. I found one in Enfield, White county, Illinois of the correct age in the 1880 US Census. Ancestry lead me to your Find A Grave memorials for Thomas W, son of John, son of Orin and Lucinda Maberry of Green county, Ill. I do not know if it is the correct Thomas. The fact that the grandmother's name was Lucinda was encouraging. They may be related, if not the correct line. I wonder if you could help clear up the mystery? Thank you so much. Wendy Majeske

Since my memorial is a duplicate, I need you to add her to the Summerfield Cemetery so that I can add my photo and delete my memorial.

Hi Judy!! Glad to add the photos! I should be more diligent to search better when I add the memorials! I always forget to look beyond the cemetery itself! Hope all is well with you… I've been out and enjoying the wonderful weather hunting down some family members! Take care! Blessings, Dana

|Christie McKinster Adams||Oops|
I made a mistake in my other post. Clara Belle and Nancy are sister - Opal is their mother. I had said Opal was Clara's sister. Even this family confuses me at times. ha ha

|Christie McKinster Adams||Re: Opal Grubb, Clara Belle Henry & Nancy Irene Henry|
Thank you Judy. I'm related to Opal because she married my grandfather, Louie B. McKinster. Also because her daughter Nancy Irene married my Uncle Ray McKinster.
Also Clara Belle Henry (Opal's sister) married James Walter McKinster. James was the son of my great grandparents Mary Perry & William McKinster.
So, our families are quite intertwined. :-)
Glad to get the pages updated, I appreciate your help with this.
