I just wanted to bring to your attention that the above memorial which is in the Welcome Hill Church Cemetery on Troupville Road is a duplicate.
"Lisa" had placed the memorial 94672265 for the same person on 1 Aug 2012. In her memorial she has an obit and a lot of family links.
Just wanted to let you know.

I think it was the Lowndes County Historical Society that took us to the Boring Pond Cemetery. I wish that I had had a GPS device when we took the photos. I'm not even sure which road we took but we had to go through a locked gate and road for probably a mile to the cemetery on some very rough roads. It was raining like the dickens but we still had the Dedication for our Confederate Soldier, John Albert Boring. Maybe they can help. I was lost. :)

That's how I started with Long Bridge I went for photo request so many times I decided to do whole areas and then eventually I started taking as many as I could. I probably still missed some! I had a lady that went with me, we would take lunch and she would chat on the phone or read the newspaper or sometimes she'd help look for request, we actually saw a bear when we went to Shady Grove in Florida. Another lady started going with me when I go to Madison. I was trying to help a friend with a genealogy project at Oak Ridge so I've made about three trips there. When I was working on Oak Hill I kept thinking I would get to North End but never did. So, I was glad to see someone was getting it. Did you get the entire cemetery yet? Cat

Yes, I sent her a correction but if you look at hers and yours it is Eliza for sure only dates are 1909-1910. The rest of your dates are spot on just not the year. I did send her a note to change them though -they are still pending. Sometimes Barbara Kirkland works under her name so I sent her a note too. Thank you for your cooperation! Hope you had a great Christmas too. I will let you know when she corrects it. Cat

Ed thanks for your reply. Re the obits, everyone does it differently. I respect your position.
Dr Jarrett was a well known physician in Dallas for many years and I like to see the memorials reflect something of their life's work.
I am not his relative. Just a former friend and colleague.
