You are correct. I am not related. You are very kind to search for the relatives to give the valentines to.

Thank you.

will do
okay this week I will get all the info together and send it to ya via your email. i had all the old newspapers etc scanned and put on a CD about a year ago to preserve them. But keep in mind the story in the papers is not actually what went down. When Pedro was murdered he was on his way to our house. And yes he was murdered. But anyway yep his bio was censored. And if you go to etc and try to pull up gov records on him, they are restricted due to homeland security. to get them I would have to file a request for them etc.. so there is still something they are hiding.

I have all the original newspaper articles etc. I had a much more thorough bio etc but find a grave removed it. You can't get a lot of info on him as it is restricted by homeland security but I will send you copies of what I have if you like

RE: Fuel Collins photo
I haven't been able to prove it, but I believe at lesst one of  the early Collins wives was from an eastern american indian tribe.  I have a picture posted of a Mary (Collins) Wright.  She was a sister of one of my Collins grandmothers.  I speculate that their mother may have been an indian woman.  The Collins name was among a list of names that in some Virginia counties had been associated with mixed race, according to a 1940's census-takers instruction letter I've found.  There are also more than one family claiming descendancy directly from Pocahontas in thr Collinstown, NC area, where Fuel's great grandfather is buried.

To be continued...

Nice to meet another Collins cousin. I have been unable to read the badge. I wish I could.
