Yes, you found the Rackleys , this is them Wanda. The Duke Power company removed them from their original burial grounds when they damed up Keowee River to make new lake Keowee, in 1970 they made mistakes in transcribing the dates to transfer from the original markers & name spellings, this is the typical plot markers they used at the time. I suspect Lola Mae Crane Rackley is buried somewhere near without correct marker. Thank you very much for finding my family......Have a Great Day Wanda ! This means so much to my family members !!!!!
Sincerely Phil Rackley

RE: Alden Cashes Fish cemetery photo
Hi again!

I just noticed that the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery is also known as the Jennings Cemetery.

I am sorry if I upset you with my request but I truly thought it was the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. My Mom went to church there as a child and GG Uncle Alden and his wife are buried there. I went to the cemetery and got pictures and even talked to the staff at the Church and I did not know it was also known as the Jennings Cemetery. Learn something new daily. Thanks for replying and informing me.

Have a great day!

Alden Cashes Fish cemetery photo
Hi Wanda, could you please remove the photo of the Jennings Cemetery as Alden Cashes Fish (#77795393) is buried in Holly Springs Baptist Church in Franklin, Macon Co., NC and NOT in Jennings Cemetery as your photo shows. Alden is my Great Great Uncle.

Thank you for your work on as it is important to help others find their long lost family members.

RE: Frank Corbin
Thanks Wanda,
I am just distantly related to Frank. I have no preferences one way or another as to who should manage his memorial. He happens to be among the descendants of my Revolutionary War Ancestor, Andrew Strain, Sr., that I am currently working on a book about. He is among about 10,000 direct descendants.

Because of computer technology there has been a challenge with the website, but Vickie has found someone who is willing to help her to make the site more server friendly. Keep a look out, it will reappear one of these days.
I'm glad you like it. I know it has been of great use to me. I will pass your appreciation on.
