I have no thoughts at all, but, if you need me to remove the picture, just let me know. Judy Muck

RE: Jean Felician Domingues
I added photo and will delete record so there isn't a duplicate memorial. I did not take this photo, but, the person who did turned all of his grave marker photographs over to me and I have added all of them to FindaGrave. It would have been nice to get a bit more of the marker and the tomb under it, but, this is certainly better than nothing. Judy Muck

I have a picture of the CSA stone, 178019024,
but, can't add to this memorial as a message comes up that says it has reached the maximum of pictures allowed per memorial. If you would like the CSA stone, you might have to pick a picture from your memorial and delete it. Then let me know and I will add the one of the CSA stone, and delete the other memorial. I am not related, so, it does not matter to me whatever you decide. Judy Muck

Memorial# 102162149 for Gertrude Domingues Schexnayder
Your Find A Grave memorial page for Gertrude Domingues Schexnayder shows only two children, Elma and Gertrude. Please add her children Milton (# 148203779), Randolph René (# 151910196), Rita (3 Nov 1902 - 31 Jan 1991, no Findagrave), Isby L. (# 177377501), [Elma], [Gertrude], Beatrice (1916-Jul 1979, no Findagrave).

Please ensure that the children are also added to the page for her husband Felix.

Thank you,

For Amelina Louise Miguez Domingues

You show a picture of my grandparents' home on Amelina's page. It is to the east of the larger home on the corner of Main St & Pellerin in Jeanerette. I love that picture. Where did you get it? When I remember my grandparents living there, in the 1970s, the house no longer had the fence at the sidewalk and side property line.

Are you a descendent of Amelina?

Hockman, Lt William Martin, Co E, 11 VA Cav Rgt - 1772 5354
Dear Toby,

While researching my distant Dellinger, etals relatives, I came across one who served in the 11 VA Cav Rgt also. As one thing leads to another, I queried and found the following site which provides their Muster Roll: https://www.press.jhu.edu/books/supplemental/mcdonald/eleventh .

I have found, as you can expect, many and varied of their ranks whom almost certainly are distant relatives of mine from the Shenandoah valley area.

Thank you for memorializing Lt Hockman as well as you have, and all your F-A-G efforts.

Always, in F-A-G brotherhood,

I left you a message on Peter Stephens memorial, but this might be better. Peter's memorial has no information other than name Peter Stephens. Should it be deleted or did you intend it to be someone? Thank you.

Toby,

Please note that there are some errors on Mary E. Nunez Patterson O'Brien Bio information. Her father was Drury Peyton "Jim" Patterson. the information on how he died is correct. Please note he often help John Wesley Harding with legal issues (i.e. Bail money, etc.). There are mixed story on who really kill him.

Her name passed down thru the Patterson family history was Mary Eliphe Patterson born 10/4/1866. Although the name Elizabeth is common in the Patterson family history and maybe correct.

The Grave stone is incorrect. Please note the death of her mother verse the birth date on the headstone.

Her grandparents were Thomas Lackey Samson (1818-1905) & Mary Renegar Samson (1818-1892).

She and her sister stayed with her father after he remarried to Celia Ann Sutton Patterson. After her father's death they often visited Celia in their youth.

She had 1 half brother = Robert Payton Patterson (my great grandfather) and 2 half sisters = Nancy & Tillie.

You may want to update her bio to reflect this info.

Best wishes,
R.Grace

Can you give me directions to where this is located? Also, do you have any idea where their son, Martin, is buried? Are there only four grave sites at the Nunez Perry Plantation Cemetery? I will be in LA over Thanksgiving, and would like to visit this cemetery. Judy

Hello Mr. Jobes! I've emailed you but thought I would also let you know here that I've added photos to your Bowman memorials, as well as to the Gill & Rumsey burials at the Old Doc Rumsey Cemetery, as well as to the cemetery page.
There are many more that I wasn't able to add to the memorials, so if you would like to see them please let me know.
Take care, Karen

Bracht
I came across the picture of the Bracht grave you have posted in Duesseldorf. Bracht's wife was a sister to my great great grand mother, Franziska v. Reinbach. My great grand father, Max Reinbach came to Texas in 1849 and lived with his cousin, Dr. Bracht. He returned to Germany and wrote many letters to his niece, Emma Muerck Altgelt. There are also letters from the v. Dorsten, who was Bracht's father in law, stating that v. Reinbach must prove himself to be on the same social status as the v. Dorsten family These letters are now in an archive at the University of Texas.
Max returned to the US in 1871 with his mother's maid and married her in New Orleans. He then moved to San Antonio and then to Fredericksburg. I was born in Fredericksburg, learned English in school, and still prefer to speak German. My wife and I visit Germany several times a year and have visited St. Lamburtus, where the v. Dorsten family were members quite often. I must visit the grave in Dueseldorf. Of all the relatives of mine and my wife's, who lived and died in Germany, it is probably the only marked grave still standing.

Hi
Hi, Mr. Toby,

I have a few questions on Joseph Aladin Nunez. I'm trying to confirm that he's my 4th great grand father. Adonis Nunez 1868-1938 which I have seen his name as Alexander Adonis Nunez is my 3rd great grandfather from Cameron, Louisiana. I'm trying to confirm that this is the son "e.g., Alex, Aleck, of Joseph Aladin Nunez. Are you related to Jospeh and have done a DNA test? I have my DNA on ancestry.com and Gedmatch.com kit# A877339. I've seen two different lines for Adonis Nunez on ancestry and I'm trying to confirm which is correct.

My 3rd great grand father's find a grave page, which I believe is Joseph's son.
