RE: Jewett Gravesite Woodstock, ILL
My great grandmother Ada Jewett was Walter P's sister. My GEDCOM file shows Walter Charles only child was Jack Jewett. Were there more you could share with me?

Jewett Gravesite Woodstock, ILL
A comment on the pictures in Ruama Jewett's memorial #69052117 says this is the Jewett section. There is another Jewett section to the southwest. My great-great grandfather Henry Jewett (mem #69052276) is buried there along with at about 6 others. Are Walter P and Ruama related to your wife and how? has a "Jewetts in America" book you can view online you may find interesting.

Hi Larry,
According to the cemetery records Edward is listed on the mortuary map but not necessarily buried there. If you can find an obituary or a death certificate that may help answer the question as to where he is buried.
Good luck on your search. Emma

The obit. says that she is buried in Energy, Il. in east lawn memorial park. I have a list of people who are in Eastlawn in Urbana, il. and she is not there in my records. Good luck with your search.

Find a Grave Photo Requests
As part of my Eagle Scout Project I am fulfilling photo requests around Northern Virginia. I would like to fulfill your photo request for the person you listed for National Memorial Park, but I've already asked them to look up the locations of many people there. If you would be willing to call the cemetery (703-560-4400) and ask for the plot information on your request and relay that information to me today, Wednesday, or Thursday, we will go fulfill your request this Friday.

RE: Steve Horny
Thanks for the help, even though I do not know who it belonged to Rose name. Maybe the wife or child of Stefan. I know that Katarina is the mother of Stephen, but I can not find his father Stefan also know that three of them were born in Slovakia. That's why I wanted to know if there is really a different name.Thank you.

Thank you for the photo graves in Saint Joseph Parish Cemetery
Natrona Heights, Allegheny County.
Any questions? Only if you noticed - was the tombstone at the front of the upper and Katerina another sign or any other name? Thanks again...

I want to thank you for the photo of Louis McKean's headstone. My co-worker was having a difficult time locating the name of his great grandfather and I discovered it on a census. Now he knows he is Scottish and not Irish.
