Hi again Suzie! Lucy's husband, George Ferguson or some spell it Fergason, is in the same boat as she is. Do you think there is a possibility, the cemetery has these records? Thank you again for all your work!

Thanks for checking the cemetery for Lucy Fergason. The death notice says "Old Cemetery, Ripley". Do you think you could check with the cemetery for a location. I would like to consider putting a marker in for her. Thanks, Carol

Understand being without a computer. Makes life a little less stressful but oh how we have come to depend on them.

It seems to me you have a lot of information on Mattie. So you go ahead and update her memorial and keep it. I see where I deleted the memorial I had created for her. So don't remember what I asked you to update.

RE: Thank You So Much!
You are very welcome

I also took photos of two more Rapp graves that were located with William and Dewey: Margaret B. Rapp. 1868-1937, and Cynthia Ann Rapp 1953-1989

If you would go ahead and set up memorials for Margaret and Cynthia, I'll put those photos on the memorials.

I'll also put the photo for Mary on her memorial

I'm glad to help

RE: Thank You
I transferred Dewey and William to you. I have 9 more Rapps that I have added and I'm not related to any of them. If you are and would like them, let me know and I'll be glad to transfer them too.

Rev. SBO Wilson and wife Louisa
Thank you so much for these pictures. Is it one monument with Louisa on one side and Samuel on the other? Would you mind if I use your photos in my public Ancestry tree, giving you full credit of course?

Thanks Suzie for all the updates. This cemetery has some of my husband's family buried in it. I first went to the area with my husband's uncle, Joe Tucker, in 1978. I had my 10 month-old daughter with me and Uncle Joe was helping me with some genealogy. We drove by the cemetery and you couldn't even tell it was a cemetery. Just kudzu covered weeds and high grass. He dropped me off at the courthouse and he went back to see if he could find his grandmother's grave. See, he had actually lived across the street from the cemetery for many years and knew where those graves were supposed to be. He came back sometime later, very hot, sweaty and red in the face. He had gotten lost in the kudzu and had a hard time getting out! I thought he was going to have a heart attack! We knew we were out of luck with that place. But, luckily, many years later, someone decided to try and save it. They cleaned it up and cared for it. We were able to find my husband's great-grandmother, Ida May Landrum Majors and his great-grandfather's 2nd wife, Matilda Pope Milner Majors over near the ditch. With the erosion we saw they may not be there anymore. Sorry for the long story, but anyway, please continue to sent anything you think may help identify people, I am always glad to add it. Patti

Hi Suzie, Thank you for sending the obituary. May I ask if you have the "source" for the obituary, as I would like to include that as well? Thank you so much for all you do for Find A Grave! PPC

Maybe you can contact her or delete yours which seems to have been created after hers.

Just my suggestion--

Harrod Jones Anderson
Hi Suzie. Harrod Jones Anderson was my great-great-great grandfather (correction from my earlier message), but his daughter Mary Frances Anderson, who married Robert Carter Nelson and was my great-great grandmother, is not on your memorial page. I would like to add her name and make a few other corrections, and so I would very much appreciate your transferring the site to me, so that I can do so. Thank you very much for your excellent work in creating this site.

Peter Irvine

P.S. My findagrave number is #48110677.

RE: Peyton Armstrong
Dear Suzie,

I received your message regarding Peyton Armstrong and Lena Daniel. Lena is my husband's aunt she is the sister of his father. I knew her when she was an older lady. I would love to share what I have and if you have anything I can add to our records for my husband and son I would greatly appreciate it.

Warmest regards,

Margie Daniels
