|KimberlyAndersonBloodgood||RE: M.A. Woods photo request|
There is no headstone for this person. Were you more looking for a name? Do you know anything about the family? I found a headstone on the same area for 2 children whose mother's name was Maribah A., but no headstone for her and no other Woods name beginning with M. in the area.
Hi! Yes I hoping to get additional info from headstone. I was not sure if it is our family or not, we are trying to locate where many relatives have been laid to rest. Thank you so much for your help. Just having the mother's name may give me a lead.

Thanks for the info on Mary Etta (Wood) Woods Find A Grave memorial #77261552. I have contacted the manager of her memorial and ask them to link Mary Etta to her parents, John and Nancy Wood Find A Grave memorials #73391501 & #77391512. Mary Etta is listed in the 1900 Knox Co., TN census with her parents.
Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) me the info you have on Mary Etta about her death in Utah and I will include the info with my cemetery information on Greenwood were she is buried and also Copper Ridge Cem. were her parents are buried.
Thanks For Your Help with this.

Thank you for your research and suggestions. I have added your note to her memorial and changed her burial location. Hopefully you won't receive any further photo requests. I appreciate your reply.

Thank you for taking the time to contact the cemetery. It's always sad when there isn't a headstone, but thanks again for trying.

See what you think. It may be too much, but I can take 1 or more off if you want.

You're very welcome. There are actually two monuments with her name on them. One is very old and I suspect it's an original. The other is the one I posted and it's quite new. I took pictures of both but decided to post the new one because it was much clearer and included her birth and death dates. The old one only seemed to include her death date. I can give you pictures of the older one also if you want them.

I hope this is not a mistake - but I will keep her - and see what I can do. I will need to learn about managing and adding - but will try.
I am doing other service which takes a bit of time- so was hesitant - but should do my part.
Thank you for what you do. It is a tremendous effort - but appreciated by those like me.

I do not really do the managing - one was transferred to me by error. I do contribute when I can.
Thank you, for all you do.
My name is Hope - my husband is Terry. I have not been able to find the way to change that as he does not contribute.

Marie is my 4th great-grandmother. I do not know a lot about her, except that I do know she came with her son, Henri Edward Desaules, and her grand-daughter Adele DeSaules - who is my 2nd great grandmother. Adele was born 1847. Adele's parents both died in 1847 - so that is why she was with Marie, her grandmother.
Adele DeSaules' history:
Adele Desaules: married Edward Stratton in 1863 in Utah. He died in 1880. She then married Isaac Blair in 1899. They lived in Riverdale. Her daughter, Annie Stratton, is my Great-grandmother, whom I knew, and who married Adam Aranthon Bingham.
Adele Desaules b. 1847 in Switzerland
d. 19 Feb 1930, Riverdale, Weber, Utah
My Great grandmother, Adele's daughter, is:
Annie Stratton Bingham
b. 1873 in Riverdale, Weber, Utah
d. 1962 in Ogden, Weber, Utah, and I attended her funeral.
Thank you for your entry - but I do have more information about the family in Utah

You are soooo Welcome. I could have posted the back of the bench but ran out of photo space. And I had to get his Vietnam Stone on there.
I was able to spot this stone from 3 searches away and I LOVE the bottle of marbles.
That is why That pic is sooo far away. I was almost done for the day and he just made me smile.

No, it's not leaning but it is sunken. The date of death and age don't show. It is a relatively small stone at least what's showing.

Thanks very much for this. No, I am not related, but the current Mormon Tabernacle head organist is coming to play for us in Philadelphia and sent me this great photo of his predecessor. The King of the Belgians part I learned from reading about Woodrow Wilson, who brought the fine point to somebody's attention. Apparently Belgium is made up of several groups of people who don't always get along perfectly.
Thank you again,

Deep gratitude and appreciation.

I think if you simply make the claim of being family, and articulate the relationship to the interred and notarize the letter under penalty of perjury the burden of disproof is shifted to Valley Memorial Park. I will certainly make the attempt to get he photo if you will send such letter. Mark

I tried to get a better reading of what the stone says but I failed. The stone is tilting forward to such an angle that it's difficult to do much. I tried the tin foil trick but that didn't work. Finally I was able to get a little bit of the reading. Her dod was the 15th, not the 16th and I have submitted a correction.
I'm sorry. I wish you luck
