RE: Westside/Orchard Hills
I'm also hoping to get the photos in Orchard Hills for my relatives...almost 50 requests, so we may be waiting a bit. Glad I could help.

RE: Joseph Rose
I would definitely recommend contacting the funeral home. They will have more information than the cemetery does, even if they didn't record the plot. I hope they did, though!

Joseph Rose
Hi Peggy,

I did more research on your Joseph Rose and I'm quite sure where he's buried, but there's no marker there. I'll post the photos I took.

Lola Rose is listed as the owner of plots F55, E412, and E525

- Lola Rose was buried in plot F55 12/11/2012.

- Minnie Mae Rose was buried in plot E525 on 4/25/1986.
- Edward Rose was buried in plot E525 on 11/1/1965.

- There is a burial card for Joseph Rose, indicating he was interred on 4/18/1963, but no plot is listed. It would be a fit for this to be the E412 plot.

The cemetery clerk suggests that a probe can be done to prove that someone is buried there, but cautions that the probe doesn't prove who is buried there. She also adds that the Rush Funeral Home buried him and Devlin's has taken over their records. They may have more information.

Hope that help!
Linda

Hays Cemetery
Hi Peggy,

The Everitts and Schoch you have requested at Hays Cemetery, I found today. The Everitts are actually behind Harry Bright. The sun was not on their gravestones so I will be taking them on another day in the morning and adding them for you.

Nixon Family
Hi Peggy,

I hope you are doing well. I know you research the Nixon family and I am wondering if any of your Nixons married Margaret Roseberry. I believe she married Charles Nixon, Margaret died in 1858 and left a will but I am trying to track down her children, Margaret, John, Joseph, George, Charles, Elizabeth & Mary.

RE: Carrie Nuttall transfer
Hi Peggy,

You are welcome for the transfer. The only ones listed in the Nuttall plot are Joseph & his daughter Carrie according to the cemetery records. Wish I could be more help.

Bob wrote back below:

Rich,

The date was taken directly from his tombstone.

One thing you need to know about the NJ death index prior to 1900; If the month the person died is January through June add a year. From July through December the year listed is correct. For example: 5/1/1889 is actually 5/1/1890.

Only in NJ would they have screwed up something so fundamental as a date!

I took the date, from the book Our Brothers Gone Before. I can't read the date on the stone either. Let me ask the author.

RE: Carrie Nuttall
I looked at the Phillipsburg Cemetery records and two plots listed in 8-2 purchased by Jos. Nuttall. One was the burial plot for Carrie and the other for Joseph.

I was confused by your comment that Catharine died in 1849 and I thought you said was Carrie's mother. If Carrie was born in 1875, Catharine would not be her mother.

RE: Cornelius Lambert
I'm not sure if I replied to this before or not. Cornelius was one of the brothers to my 2nd great grandfather, Joseph Sheldon Lambert. I am trying to fill in some of the holes on this family. Could you email me privately at: geniebug523@cebridge.net. Thank you

Bertha B. Buttner
Roy Wildrick
I found an obit listing for him in the Marx Room obit listings.

Wildrick, Roy 10/11/1932 pg. 8

Perhaps his obit will list his place of burial and shed more light on this?

I see you did post a message to the people who posted his memorial. Hopefully you will hear back from them.

I also found an obit listing for Euena's husband, Kenneth Messer. He is not posted on Find A Grave though.

Messer, Kenneth H. 1/11/2000 B-4

Thanks

RE: Barnet Kindt
You are welcome. I recently was at the Forks Archives and made copies of the Guardianship accounting paperwork for Sarah "Pysher" Hartley, Paul & Abby's daughter. It is mostly just payouts for her care to the Kindt family. If you don't already have copies and want to have them let me know and I will email them to you.

RE: Anna Andre
Her stone is evidently gone and it would have been easy to locate had it still been standing based on the Plainfield records.

Hope you are doing well.
