RE: Mary Clark

Will do, if I find out she is related. Right now I don't know that she is. My Clark's are from Kentucky so I'm researching the ones in Eastern to see if they are in fact related or not.
Will let you know.

Mary Clark

I do have Clark's in my line. Since I'm still working on them, I'm not tranferring any Clark's until I know if they are related or not.
I'll keep your email and if I find she's not related, I'd be happy to tranfer her over to you.
Have a great day,

Good Day Cynthia
I see that you have a memorial for Mattie Bybee Florence and was wondering if you are a descendant or have additional family info on Mattie. If so I would love to get with you to compare and share family information. Thank you.

Thanks for looking. I put the plot information on the memorial and noted it was unmarked. Perhaps the person that provided me with all the information would want to place a marker. I notified her.

RE: Needing to find
I ask about the Bonerker name because I found another record on

You concur about the Bonerker name, but this particular record does have his mother being Mary Phillips.

I'd like to send the record image to your email address, if you wouldn't mind.

Was Bonerker Virgil's mother's maiden name or married name?

RE: Needing to find
Another thing, by the way.

I looked on for records for Virgil and I found an SSI record for him. It states that his birth date is 3-6-1919, not 3-6-1920.
Another record, from the 1911-1999 Kentucky Birth Index, also states information that concurs with that SSI record. It states that he was born in Jefferson County, KY to one Marie Bonerker.

I'm not sure if you knew Virgil or not, or how much information you knew about him, if you did, in fact, know him, but I figure it couldn't hurt to tell you my findings.

Hope I've helped you.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

RE: Needing to find
Hi Cynthia,

I have located the obituary for Virgil J. Phillips.

I have copied and pasted it from the ObitFinder on

"PHILLIPS, VIRGIL J., 86, of Louisville died February 23, 2006 at Norton Suburban Hospital. He was a retired employee of Reynolds Metal Company, a member of the American Legion Post in Shepherdsville, KY, and a World War II army veteran. He was preceded in death by his longtime companions, Dorothy Phillips (1984) and Dorothy Dunn (2004). Survivors include his stepchildren, Virginia Sue Benock, Lucille Druin, Patsy Husband, Dean (Diane) and Don (Doris) Owen and Cissy Boone; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Helen Phillips; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held noon Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 11-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital."

Thank you for fulfilling my photo request for my grandmother's brother, Gordon.
We tried to locate his grave back in 2007 but did not know/could not remember which cemetery he was in so I greatly appreciate your taking the time to take his photo.

Thanks so much,

Thanks for your kind offer to transfer William Raymer, but I think I'll decline. Not closely related to Raymers, I'm just grateful you added his memorial and linked him to his wife. Appreciate!

Thank you so much for the photos of gravestone for Alvina Raymer! You also added her husband's memorial to Findagrave and I appreciate. Because of your photo, I was able to add the stone transcription. It's a lovely stone. Your seven volunteer photos in 18 days is impressive! Keep up the good deeds!
