Re: Arthur Moseley

Do you have more information where this cemetery is located?

RE: Mittie Elizabeth Bradford Nichols
I just read your inquiry today re: Mittie Elizabeth Bradford Nichols. It appears that Mittie should have read Mattie, daughter of Walter and Ellen Hinkle Bradford. I am not sure how Nichols was attached unless she was a widow prior to the given marriage to Frank James Yopp.

Hi Kathie,

Thank you very much for taking the photograph of that marker. I did not have a camera that day. Another member questioned what the stone said and I am very glad to have had it the way I entered it. Thanks again!

Years ago I took a trip to Nottaway County to find this grave but was unsuccessful. This elusive ancestor has been one of my "walls". Your kind act means a lot to me. Thank you!!!

Lawson Kelley Photos
Thanks a TON! I am so greatful for these great pics!

Lawson Alexander Kelley b1831 was the father, Sarah Harker (LeGrand) Kelley his wife, and Leonard Alexander Kelley his oldest son. His mother is the "widow Kelley" at the Appomattox Battlefield, where his family had property and probably were present at the surrender. He had 2 brothers who died for the CSA in the civil war - amongst other siblings

This is incredible stuff, and I am so grateful for these photos!

Theresa Caruthers Balenger
Katie, thank you so much for getting a photo of Theresa Caruthers Balenger's gravestone, Find A Grave Memorial# 86946153. I wasn't sure anyone was going to be able to find the gravestone. Now if I can get the person managing the memorial to update the dates and make a link to her parents. I really appreciate it.

Hi Kathie!
I received a notification that you had fulfilled my request for a pic of Glenn Lawrence's grave on 3/10/13. However, I don't see a pic has been added.
He is buried in Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Would you mind adding the photo to his memorial?
Thanks in advance!

C. Roark
Seay graves
Thank you for posting the pictures of the headstones.

Do you live in Amelia County and are you familiar with the cemetaries in this county? I am looking for families such as the George Booker family and the Samuel Cobbs family. Both families had large acres of land in the 1700s. Samuel Cobbs dedicated land for a cemetary and called it Huntingdon. There had been a church and a cemetary. I believe many of the Cobbs where buried there. I have not found the Booker family cemetary or the Austin Seay family cemetary either. I am also looking for the LeTellier family of which I am a decendent too.

If you know about these families, I would appreciate hearing back from you.
