Warren Wintroath
Bill,

There is still no plaque for Warren Wintroath.
You know sometimes these things are ordered and paid for but unless someone from the family follows through and makes sure it's taken care of, the cemetery doesn't act. Example: My uncle passed away and the New Mausoleum where he had purchased a crypt was not finished being built. So he was placed in a temporary crypt in one of the older mausoleums. After the new mausoleum was completed I went to visit a few months later and found out that he was still in the temporary crypt. We were told someone from the family(next of kin) had to come and finalize moving him to the new spot. We were all shaking our heads saying We wish someone would have told us!

Hi Bill,

Warren's plaque has not yet been updated.
I did post a photo of it's current condition, and I will keep an eye open to see if they add his name plaque and I'll post new photos at that time.

Thanks for getting the info Bill, there is one guy at the cemetery who gives me a little bit of a hard time whenever I go in and ask for plot locations. I was warned again the other day about taking photos. So this helps me get it done for you!

If you can call Resurrection cemetery (323) 887-2024 and get the plot location, I will get the photo for you on my next trip there.

Did you put in requests for the photos? If you do then I can get to them faster that way, otherwise I probably won't get to them for a week or two. Thanks! -Carolyn :)

Hi, there was also an Agnes and Mary Ann Wintroath near the others. I created memorials for them and took photos but have not uploaded them yet. Let me know if you want to maintain those memorials. -Carolyn

You know something? I found it accidentally. Since we findagravers are having much negative problems with the office...Too much to talk about, I just happened to come upon the headstone. The name SWEET is very easy to remember. Your lucky day and mine. It's like finding treasure to ones heart

You are welcome!

I noticed that you also have a request for Mary Matthews' stone at St. Mary's. In case you were wondering, I didn't have time to search the whole hillside so her grave stone may well be there. :-)

Best wishes.

You are welcome. Her stone is flat in the ground so this photo was the best angle I could take.

I have a better picture of this grave. I uploaded the wrong one. There is no grass and the cropped picture shows the grave marker only. If you wish to have it you can email me at

ettadecesare@gmail.com

I will attach the better picture to the email.
