Hi Judy, I am not in the family but was doing research on them as I am cataloging one of Mr. Brown's Masonic pins that was left to the Scottish Rite museum some time ago. I am happy to send you the info I have on him but it is almost all from Ancestry.

Hi Judy, I don't know if I ever responded to your message. My mother is the one who posted everything on Find a grave. I've been trying to maintain it but haven't done much this last year. Sorry, I can't answer your questions.

Blessings, Christine (Beverly's daughter)

Thanks so very much. Everyone has been very helpful. I can see that this could be a bit addictive. LOL. I took my first photo yesterday and realized that the grave yard needs to be adopted. Even the church does not have a map/layout of the yard even though the memorial stones are numbered. It is only about a half acre site, so it seems like a nice yard for a newbie to start with.

Judy, In my research I found nothing that suggested these two Roberts are related. My Robert is in my direct family line. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Robert Wade
"Infant Hinds" #146933744
Buried with grandparents John & Maria.
The inscription "Daughter of J-W & M.C." surely refers to John Wesley Hinds who married Mary C Pennell in 1871 (Delaware, Ohio)

Here is a link for John Wesley from which page you can access both parents & wife.

John E Bird (Byrd)
Hello!

I saw that you briefly mentioned John E Bird in Miles Amos Byrd's page. Is there any other information you have on him? Such as important dates or where he is buried? I have been searching and cannot seem to find anything.

Have a blessed day,
Sarah

Don Rhodes
Rhodes connection
I wonder if you would have any information about Wayne Zuck (birth 1858). I see in an 1880 census my great-grandfather is listed as a member of the Zuck household and a farm laborer. My connection would have been Jeremiah Rhodes (Find A Grave Memorial# 117886574). The family name varies such as Rhodes, Rhode, Road, etc.
Interested in any info you might share including where the property might have been.

Tnx,
Thanks,
Don Rhodes

RE: Picture of Wilson Foust & brother
I just used my facial recognition software and there was a 98.7% match between the photo you posted of Wilson Foust and the one I posted, which has his name scratched into the back and came from a family photo album. That's pretty compelling. The eyes, length of the nose, distance between nose and mouth and mouth and chin, distance between the pupils, and ear to chin were very good. Even the ears were a good match on their own. Of course, it could be one of his brothers...but I think it's safe to say it belongs on Wilson's memorial page.

RE: Picture of Wilson Foust & brother
Hi Judy,

I found the photos at an estate sale in New Carlisle, Ohio about 5 years ago. The were part of a large photo album that was too pricy for me, but I was able to buy a few individual photos out of it. Alas, only these had names, the rest of the album was full of mystery people.

Hello Judy .. as was previously stated the only info I had was what was listed on the memorial. I did check family search for you and was not able to find a Minnie married to a Sheridan there. Sorry I couldn't offer more help. You may want to call the cemetery and find out what her date of burial was as I also could not locate a death certificate online. Good luck

Hi Judy, There is a long story concerning this cemetery, and contributer. You will need to contact " Kb" concerning the date on Mrs. Ebersoles memorial. But I would read her profile before you do, she has " rules " that she goes by. I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more help to you. I posted the flower and the note to let folks know that Mrs. Ebersole doesn't have a marker or headstone, as " kb " got her information off a list that was old and out of date, and would not know that. I would send her a correction, use the edit tab on Mrs. Ebersoles memorial, and let her know what you told me about the date. Hopefully she'll respond or correct. I'm sorry I but couldn't be of more help to you. Sue

Thanks for the heads up on the wrong John. I see that a new member, Sondra, just simply took my exact picture and copied it twice? to the Forest cemetery memorial. Please give me a couple days on this because Sondra is going to delete the photographs and then I am going to gladly move my photo of John to the correct memorial. I said in my bio that it is ok to use my TOMBSTONE and LOT photographs for other sites, not the pictures of people. We cannot just copy someones photo from Find a Grave and resubmit it back to Find a Grave as our own unless permission is given to do so.

Thanks again for the endless things you do to make this the best site ever. Sorry I have not been so active lately. This is usually a Winter thing for me as I am crazy busy in the Summer. Good luck to you and yours.
