|Reb||RE: Boston family photos|
And thanks for quickly processing all my edits!
Most of these folks are 4th through 6th cousins, so not that closely related. Others may have closer relationships and a better "claim". Also, I'm not a memorial "collector" just for the sake of it, so I'm fine with you keeping them, unless >you< prefer to transfer. Thanks for asking.

|Bryan Vanshur||Sallie Seagle Moore|
I just submitted an edit to link Sallie with her mother, Emsey. I verified the information on Ancestry.com by viewing Sallie's death certificate. My great-grandmother was a Seagle so I'm distantly related to Sallie. Find A Grave has been a great help to me in finding family members. Have a great weekend and thank you so much. :)

Donna, I'm sorry for the delay in thanking you. Both sets of grandparents, my parents, my daughter and several aunts, uncles and cousins are buried there. I still haven't found who these people are though.

|Mary Kaye Bennett||Re. Ella Phoebe Roper|
Hi. I'm new to this website, and Phoebe Roper was my great-grandmother. I don't recognize any of the names of people who have contributed information. Are you related, or did you just have information to add about the family? Is it safe to assume that people who add information are related? Thanks!

|Donna Harris||James Sneed|
I have recently started doing research on my Father's Family History. His name was Elmer B. Dees. His mother was Carrie Lou Becke Sneed Dees who was a sister to James Martin Sneed.I was so surprised to find that James, which is my great uncle is buried in the town that I live in. Thank you so much for posting this. If you have anymore information on the Sneed-Dees family, it would be greatly appreciated. Or if you would like more information on Carrie's children or grandchildren, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Donna Dees Harris.

|Angela Skinner||Isaac and Sophia Davenport|
Buried at Oak Grove Cemetery in Nebo. You did a great job with their children.
I do know that they also were parents of Ethel Eva Davenport Chapman: B: 2/7/1897 D: 8/19/1973. She was married to Luther E. Chapman and is buried at Berea Baptist Church Cemetery, Asheville, NC.
There were also two other brothers. Samuel Wesley: 1878-1957, and Isaac Amos 1888-1939. Because these people were not buried in the cemeteries that you surveyed, I understand why they are not listed. I wonder if you might make the effort to add them to your list of Davenport children?
Samuel has is on find a grave memorial # 84580168
Ethel is memorial # 115993905
I can't find Amos...will let you know if I do.
I have not been a diligent user of find a grave and I am not sure if you can link these to your current post.
Thanks for all your hard work in finding and posting the photos. Because of your dedication, I found that McCay was not McCoy. Our family bible only lists the first two initials of the children. As he died when he was so young, my father's generation thought his name was McCoy.
May your life be blessed as you have blessed others!

|nancy baker||Pacheo, Dysartsville coC Cemetery|
Can you tell me who the Pacheo people are that are buried in the Dysartsville Church of Christ Cemetery? I am related to most of the people there, but that name is foreign to me. My grandparents on both sides are there. Also, my parents. My daughter is buried next to my parents, Fred R and Glatha Curd Smith. Her name is Dana Renee Baker. I finally, just tonight, found out who the Baileys were.
Thanks in advance,
Nancy S Baker

Thank you so much, Donna, for your help. I'm not sure this is the same A. A. Mathes listed on my relative's death certificate but she died in Marion N.C. Her last name was Mathes but there is no listing of her husband's name so I'll have to keep looking. Thank you again and GOD Bless!

Hi Donna! I am writing to inquire about this memorial. I have found a death certificate for my great x 2 aunt , Mary Shipwash Mathes and the informant listed is A. A. Mathes. I am wondering if you have any additional information on this family? I would appreciate any help at all. Thank you kindly! GOD Bless!

|Beth Richmond ||Father's grave|
Ms. Thomas, while browsing the Find A Grave site, I never ticked that my father's middle initial was incorrect. I cottected it according to the edit button. Secondly, I am inquiring as to why you imputed my father's information on a public site. To my knowledge nobody gave you permission. As his only child, I find it very disturbing.

That's great, Donna....amazing, isn't it, that two people born so close together both in time and space got the same name? I haven't done all the background research to prove it, but I am pretty sure the two JMMs were also cousins.

|Lori ||Ann Brown|
hi, I usually don't question edits submitted to the site, but for somebody with a common name like Ann Brown, and the only real fact I have, the DOD, is being corrected, and all other information is being added, I wonder at your source(S). Why do you think this is your Ann Brown?
Added by Lori on Dec 23, 2016 9:07 PM
Thank you for the additional information. He is my 2x great uncle. I searched for his last place of residence for many years before I was able to locate him. Before returning to NC where he was born, Robert was married, had three children and residing in DeKalb County, AL.

Hi, Donna. Thank you very much for the wonderful cooperation and the nice message. At this time I don't feel it necessary to manage either of the other Donaway memorials, as I think I already covered them as well as I'm able, regarding what I know, via the edits requests I submitted to you, that you accepted and are now reflected. I certainly appreciate that you asked if I'd like additional transfers though. Wishing you a wonderful holiday week(s) and Very Merry Christmas!

Hello! My daughter recently bought an old photo from one of our local antique stores. We discovered a name, birthday and death date ..It reads Walter Noblitt born 1887 - 1980 and I was just wondering if it's the same Walter Tate Noblitt that I saw on her..If anyone can help us with this, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you

|Sara Ashlee Cooper||Oval Gunter|
Hello Donna! I have just sent you a relationship edit for Oval Gunter. I saw that you had a note written on his memorial mentioning his parents, citing the 1930 census. His mother was Benjamins first wife Faney (Thomas) Gunter. She died fairly young and Benjamin remarried Maggie. I just thought I would send a note to let you know why I sent Faney and Bens links for Oval.
Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you devote to help honor our loved ones!
