I can see that you have out a lot of thought, time, and effort into the memorials that you have posted on Find a Grave, and those that you manage. It looks like you follow Find a Grave guide lines and try to keep your memorials up to date. Let me commend you on your excellent work and all the effort you have put forth. A great job on Lascoe's memorial, Find A Grave Memorial# 80622630, TERRIFIC JOB, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT, SUPERIOR, FIRST-RATE. I have run out of things to say other than GReeaaATe.

|Judy Hardy||Genevieve McClure|
Hello. I am Genevieve McClure's niece. I am her youngest brother's child. I have requested an edit to her name on this Find a Grave site. She was Genevieve Davis (maiden) when she married Byron Francis McClure Sr. After his passing, she remarried and because Genevieve Paul. I have requested an edit to include all of her names on Find a Grave. So that the names would be in proper order. Genevieve Davis McClure Paul. Thank you. :)

Robert thank you for what you have done with the Halls. I am a Crosley, tracing the amazing line of William Crosleys, engineers who built England's canals and railways way back when the industrial revolution was just beginning and beyond. Ann Crosley came to Ohio, married a Hall and named one of her sons William Crosley. Guess what, he was an engineer.

Actually, I would like to know more. Even if it's not relevant to me personally... Because you know, I have no idea. I am a big ol history nerd though and like an interesting read. :D Thank you.

|CherokeeShorty||RE: Effie McClure|
Hmmmm... 'Twould be interesting. I'll be honest, I don't know much about that particular sect of my family due to the fact that almost all of them have passed away, so I can't really ask questions like I'd like to. Others aren't as curious. Hehehehe. Thank ya kindly for answering my question tho. My Dad always wanted to know what country our family came from. He always wanted to know his of course paternal side, which I still haven't figured out yet... I want all sides accounted for though if I can dig into it. Just for giggles. :D Call me crazy.

Okay, this is kind of a spazzy question/statement. I've been working on my family tree, and I was telling my boyfriend about my Grandma's stories about her Aunt Effie the hypochondriac they had to give sugar pills for her "ailments". Cute stories. He says to me, everyone has a supposed "Aunt Effie". So, you'll imagine my pleasant surprise when I see an Effie McClure listed as my great grandma's sister. Made me chuckle. Yay, she's real! Anyways, do you suppose that this Effie McClure
is the sister of Carrie McClure McDaniel listed in the obituary on her page?
Don't mind me. Just trying to piece stuff together. Very little of my family is left living. It's essentially me, my aunt, my brother and my aunt's son. A lot of tragedy. I just find it interesting to try and figure out what happened to everyone and who I may just be related to for giggles. Not urgent by any stretch of the imagination. Thanks!!

|Gerald Stephenson||William Porter McClure 71254051|
Your list of children of William Porter McClure and Elizabeth Wilson fails to list Melvina McClure who was born in 1828 and married first Reuben W. Stephenson and second to William Irving. She died in 1881. Please add her name to the list.

|Kathryn Smith||William Henry Whittlsesey, Sr.|
He's buried in Bushnell Cemetery, Bushnell, IL. His death date *might* be Feb. 10, 1929, not April 10, 1929. (The application for his GAR gravestone would have been submitted after his death.) I can't see the image of the original, but familysearch.org has a record related to his death from the Illinois Deaths and Burials index: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/NQR2-R12
