To be helpful, could you provide more info, like DOB/DOD, city, state. I'll check out my sources, but need more to go on. Thanks.

Karen Hurbace
Everett and my mom.
Hi Ms. Taylor,

My name is Karen Hurbace and my mom's name is Alberta Betty Mae (Morrison)Wyatt. She goes by Betty or Betty Mae. She was married to Everett and I have always wanted more information on him. I was so happy to find this site and to see a picture of Everett that you have posted. I always wondered what he looked like. My mom loved Everett very much and I was always sad for her, that he died right after they got married. My father, her second marriage, was not a great marriage and he made her get rid of all of Everett's things. She has always been sad that she did that. We would love to get in contact with you and the rest of the family. Please, contact me when you get a chance. I would love to hear more about Everett and his family.

Everett Lee Arnold - Eagle Scout Project
My son is working on his Eagle Scout Project with the Rock of Honor Memorial committee in Meridian, Idaho. His task is to find all members of the military who died in battle or from wounds sustained in battle and who lived in Meridian at some time in their lives.

We discovered Everett Arnold while cataloging the Meridian Cemetery. As far as I can tell, he fits the criteria for the memorial. Can you send me any further information, i.e. place of death, any stories or family names, etc. We are also compiling the information for a book that will be placed in the 25-year time capsule at the location of the memorial. His photo that was posted will be part of the booklet.

November 11th they will dedicate the memorial. It is being built in the new Julius M. Kleiner Park on the corner of Eagle Road and Fairview Road in Meridian, Idaho. They will begin at 11:11 a.m. If you are interested in attending.

Please reply to my email as soon as you can. Our deadline for getting the names to the engraver is October 3rd.

Thanks ever so much!
Warmest personal regards,

I love the picture of your mom on her memorial. That is how I remember her. What a wonderful lady!
