Cemetery Haunter
No. We had this argument years ago. He is my uncle and I do not transfer relatives. The answer is still no and will remain no.

Herman Schroeder
Herman is my uncle and I added him years before yours.

Findagrave rules:
"Before adding a memorial, search the cemetery to see if a record with that name has already been added... If you find a memorial has been added but has incomplete or incorrect information, instead of creating a duplicate memorial use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions or a transfer request via the "Suggest A Correction" link under the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. NEVER deliberately create a duplicate memorial.

I think you may have sent your message regarding the duplicate entry to me by mistake. The other memorial 15995435 was created by user Cemetery Haunter and not myself.

You should contact That user regarding the duplicate, although his memorial was created in 2006 and you really should request a transfer rather than create a new memorial 7 years later.

I have transferred Charles and Rosa Mayeau to you for management. I did find Rosa's death record on and it gave her birthplace as St. Anne but since she was older than Ida I think she probably had been born in Indiana, too. The informant on the death certificate may not have known this. I will try to find more info on Rosa Mayeau and Lillian Adams and let you know what I find.

Ida Harp
I have just gotten home from visiting the St. Anne Cemetery. After doing some research this week at the Kankakee Library, I found that the St. Anne Cemetery book where I originally took Ida's information indicated that the graves of Ida and William Harp contained a stone in the shape of a tree trunk that gave William's date of death and age and only Ida's name. I did find this stone in the cemetery and since the cemetery book was printed Ida's dates have been added to the stone. I have added photos to their findagrave memorials. I was also able to find Ida's obituary from the St. Anne Record and have added that to findagrave. I had a hard time finding a death date for Ida since Ida harp was not liste4 in the Kankakee county death index. After some sleuthing I discovered that the index reads her name as Ida Hart with the September 1, 1911 death date. And finally - I have transferred Ida and William Harp to you for management on findagrave. Happy Thanksgiving!

Ida Harp
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I've been trying to find more information on Ida Harp. In the 1970's the local genealogical society walked the St. Anne Cemetery copying inscriptions and printed them in book form. In this book they had Ida Harp listed with no dates so I presume there was a stone there at that time or the name would not have appeared in the book. I will be glad to transfer her memorial to you. Do you know when and where she died? If I had a death date I could try to find an obituary in a Kankakee newspaper.

RE: Schroeder
I am not directly related to any of the Schroeders but some of my very distant ancestors had some family ties. I came across their information as I was searching for some of my family members at the same cemetery.

I'm sorry that I can't be of more help. Thank you for getting in touch.

RE: Joe Schroeder
if they are inactive F.A.G. will transfer them to you. If you are a direct relative they will transfer them to you from someone else's account also. you have to read the guidelines to understand what they will do

RE: Irving and Emma Barnes
Wow! Nice to meet you. Irving Barnes was my Great Grandmother's brother. Are you connected through Emma's family or the Barnes side? I have been researching the Barnes family for a decade. I would very much like to talk to you about Irving and Emma and hear what you know about them. Do you have any photos of Irving and Emma? I have never seen one and I would love to be able to share picture of them with my family if you do. Would you be wiling to exchange email addresses? I'd love to talk.

Best Wishes,

My name is Jon Corry and Irving (74405533) and Emma Barnes (74405415) were relatives of mine. Would you consider a transfer? I messaged before, but I haven't received a reply yet. Just want to drop another line, to see if you would be willing to make the transfer. I just want to make sure I can keep things linked up to the rest of the family and to update it with the correct info. I've been on find a grave for many years, and I promise to maintain and keep the memorials in the best order. I can also prove my family connection if you would so request. Thanks so much!

Best Wishes,
Jon M. Corry

RE: lisbon-Merton Cemetery
Hello. I am not sure I know what you mean. If you took a picture of a new sign you can still upload it. If there are too many pitures on I can delete a few.
