Hey Jo ... I check Frankfort's paper and the
centennial book called the Beattie Story 1870-
1970 and the Frankfort centennial The Frankfort
Story and found nothing.

Did you check the Seneca library for their local paper???

I have noticed that with the Frankfort paper, it only went as far east as Vermillion and north to hwy
36. I'm not surprised that nothing was in Marysville. Richland Center is closer to Seneca and
I might be over there next week sometime. Beattie
had a paper back in the day called the Beattie
Eagle, Fred Reed publisher and owner and I think
Axtell had a newspaper also, not sure of the name.

I used the records at The Filson Club in Louisville, Kentucky. They have an incredible collection of county records available.

RE: Marsh Ancestors
It's been years since I did my original research on that line, but I recall that it's the county tax lists that help establish that line. There didn't seem to be any probate on William's estate, at least that I could locate, but the tax lists help establish his wife Elizabeth as widow, and then she continued to be documented in other records, as being parent and guardian of Mary and others.

Arleigh Yeaton, Memorial Park Cemetery, Lawrence, Kansas
Hi Jo, thanks for looking for Arleigh Yeaton. If you could find the location where his stone is sunk, a picture of the ground would be great. As far as I know Charles Yeaton is not related so I do not have a page for him. Thanks for searching! Catherine

RE: Mary Hootman
You are welcome. Our family has been going to the Hootman cemetery for years around Memorial Day to mow and clean up. I also added two other pictures, Casper Revenaugh and Catherine Revenaugh who are Anna Mary Hootman's parents, Christian's inlaws. We uncovered the 3 stones 3 years ago when we cleared further out.

Phillipses in Lawrence
Good morning. Thank you so much for the pictures! Yes, all the names in the plot are related, and if you wouldn't mind sending to me, I will create memorials where necessary. I haven't researched all of these people yet; there may be memorials already prepared for them.

Again, thanks you!

Pamela
