RE: Photos
It's taken me a while to learn what little I know of the Horner line. Thankfully one of the eldest living Horners in our family hung on to photos. A cousin was visiting in Oklahoma and took some photos of her photos. I was so excited when he sent me the text. Our eldest Horner cousin is 95 when I asked her about my great grandfather all she could recall was that when he sat in a chair he straddle it backwards and rested his arms folded on the back. She added she was very young when he was in her life then she laughed and said it's odd what one recalls when they think way back. She did know that our group traveled by covered wagon from Missouri to Indian Territory. My mother was always told her grandfather Cale Horner was Native American Indian. No proof on paper exists but her grandmother Cales' wife was documented on the Cherokee Rolls. I'm glad you found the photos Best Regards, Oquilla

Martha Nielson, Memorial # 75137838
Hi, I see your email suggestions as to Martha's maiden name and her father's name, but am confused. Is her maiden name Hottman or Wohlfarth? I am willing to make the change, but if her father is William J. Wohlfarth, wouldn't her maiden name be that also? Please let me know. Also, if she is related to you, I can transfer her memorial to you.
Best Regards,
Brenda

RE: Photo of Allan Foulds
Hello,

My Great-Great Grandfather is the brother of Mary Murdoch making him the uncle of Allan Foulds Mair. It has been a long time since I posted this picture but I am pretty sure I took it out of the James and Mary Murray Murdoch Family History Book that was given out to the family many years ago. It has been published online at archive.org if you are interested. It is about 800 pages so it will take a bit to go through but there is a lot of information. Here is the link.

I hope that helps you. I hope to get to more at some point. Life just gets busy :)

Michelle

Hi, This is a duplicate memorial that you have added. The correct one is LaRue Pearson that was added prior to yours. Please delete your duplicate.

Thanks

John & Sarah Gilbert
I am also curious as to whether there is a headstone for John & Sarah Gilbert and if obituaries are available for either. If you have any further information would you mind posting it or sending it to me @ pbaisa@pacbell.net Thank you, Paula Sanchez

Annie Duckett Hundley
Klyde Mair's marker
Hi Susan,

I saw your note on the memorial of Clyde Mair # 70603916 (headstone actually spelled Klyde Mair). He DOES have a marker in the cemetery and I have posted it to his memorial. His plot # is B_32_7 according to Utah Burials Database. I've asked Laree to update his memorial to add plot # and correct name spelling to match his headstone. Hope that helps and solves the mystery!

Blessings,
Annie :)

Since one of findagrave's rules is not to post obituaries without first getting the newpaper's permission, I could not post the obituary that you sent me. But I took some of the information from it and reworded it, such as her work history. I hope you are pleased.

I seen you added a photo of Thomas Tate Gilberts stone and was wondering if John and Sarah had one? I have been looking for information on John and Sarah for so long especially death information. Any information you might have that could help me would be appreciated so much.

RE: Loran Barnes
I believe I added the link to the right memorial. You might want to check. It helps a lot if you request the change by going into the edit tab and then selecting make a suggestion. That way find a grave will automatically send a link to the memorial to the person who is managing it.

RE: Eliza Thompson Mair
Ok thanks. At least I know that you are related. So that if there are any updates they can be done. I am not sure why my email was rejected. It is sassy@kaylecreations.com

So not sure why it did.

That means you and Dick are related.

Thanks again for the quick response

Rita

I also believe this "Infant Egli" to be David Allen Egli because he is buried with Myrtle. I have uploaded his photo to the memorial listed above. If you click on his photo you will find his burial information.
